    My first time to meditate, I finished the recording in tears.I feel relieved, my body is flesh.when he said "smile" my smile came with tears.thanks God bless you.

    I felt very calm, but I kept getting distracted so easily like 4 minutes later I realised I was down a thought path and had to pull myself out of it to focus on my breathing again

    I've been getting into meditation so guided meditation videos are my best friends and this one was amazing! I cried. not a stressed or upset cry, it was simply a release of emotion. Life is overwhelming and it is nice to just be. No expectations, just a moment to oneself to relax. I am excited for my meditation and personal journey! Thank you! 😊

    This meditation was AMAZING😲
    I was so relaxed it felt like I was sleeping, but I was still completely aware of my surroundings. My body felt cool, and absolutely still, almost numb and like I was floating on air.
    Before I started my practice, I felt almost dizzy with so many thoughts running through my mind. When I finished, I felt a tremendous amount of calm and peace.
    I highly recommend trying this!

    This was the first time trying meditation for me. Took me a little while to get into it but by the end I had tears rolling down my face. I will definitely be mediating more after this. Thank you so much for this video!

    Day 1 - I'm still learning. I was "seeing" different colours of light twisting then a single colour (creamy ish) and feel calm.

      Day 2 - so tired after a long meeting. But now I'm a bit of refresh. I think I was quite still during the meditation.

    I'm in finals week at school and I can't tell you how glad I am I found this. I've never meditated before, but going back to this video between study breaks is helping me more than anything else. I feel like I'm absorbing more of what I'm studying when I stop to take a breather and let it all settle in while I relax. Thanks so much for posting.

      Tracey Taylor I understand what you mean. I too have been having a hard time releasing pain and thoughs of my past and recently been diagnosed with an autoimmune decease that has been very hard to deal with. Meditation is new to me. I only listen. to Jason as I feel only his meditation can bring me to a little stillness. I have been vey fearful of life and I hope to get to a better place in my mind, life amd heart!     my first time meditating. I watched a horror film prior, and this calmed me quickly. i felt tingly in a good way. helps with depression may i add. very calming, feel very relieved and steady. i recommend listening to this on a speaker blocking out all other sounds, i feel as though street sounds or air conditioning sounds would ruin the experience. wonderful, thanks.

    Im 21 now, but I always used to get lost my thoughts and hold myself back because of limiting beliefs, in a way that made me feel like i was still 16. but I've been using your videos twice a day for a month now and i genuinely feel like a new person, like I've shed an old layer of skin.     As someone who sometimes neglects meditation, sometimes absolutely loves it, and often gets turned off by guided meditations on the new-age side, I must say, this is my favorite meditation recording. Down to earth on one hand, open-ended on the other, it is a master class in what meditation is, without the slightest bit of what it is not (at least for me). That is the reason I keep coming back here for the last 5 years, and enjoy it more than any other guided meditation.

    Dang, that was better than therapy! I particularly liked how you said let your thoughts pass you by. It actually worked! And observing the world with detachment? That was amazing!     I thought the meditation video was only five minutes long. Its so much more refreshing to have a 15 minute meditation session instead. I have mental health issues and I’ve found that even though it was my first time meditating, it has helped them find peace. I will be meditating as much as i can from now on.

    I decided to try guided meditation as was suggested to me to ease my anxiety and prevent me from going once again to urgent care fearing heart problems.
    This is the second time I've done this...and surprisingly, I managed to relax myself this time. By the end, I actually started lightly crying, listening to him telling me to allow myself to just be, thinking that it's okay that I be, and that I'm going to be okay. Everything will eventually be okay. I'll take care of things as they come. If I can do this and find peace for even a moment, eventually, I can be happy again too.
    Thank you for this video. I plan on using these regularly now.

    I'm just getting into meditation and have done this twice so far. I have felt progress both times and feel that I exponentially improved from the first time to the second. I'm going to continue at this, because I've actually realized how little control I used to have over my own brain and thoughts before doing it. Thanks so much!     Thank you so much for this! I plan on trying this every day until I can get to that point. I have a really hard time shutting my mind off. I am sure with practice I will eventually be able to. All the times I have tried before, I tried to think of other things but only kept thinking of more things. This video helped me for the first time to rid of extra thoughts. I could not believe the 15 minutes was already over!

    I've been trying to learn how to medidate for a couple of weeks now but never made it more than a few minutes until now, I'm a very restless person. But I can't believe 15 minutes went by there! I didn't think anything had happened and I wasn't expecting it to as early as this, certainly not the first time I manage to finish a meditation, even if it is short, but when he said to wiggle your fingers I could not believe the weight that was in them. Then I realised my body has never felt so relaxed before. I feel very calm and ready to tackle the day now, thank you for this. I'll be back again tomorrow!

    Works lovely with accepting thoughts and brining the focus back, especially as beginners. If I turn on a meditation guide and the first thing I hear is clear your mind of all thoughts, I close it.

    Thank you for this video! I suffer from anxiety, and as a college student, it makes it very hard to concentrate or even do work because you constantly feel overwhelmed. This video is such a God send because it helps me to keep things in perspective, and it helps me to slow my mind, which is sooooooo calming. Plus, this was my very first meditation exercise. Will make it apart of my daily schedule. God bless you!

    You may not know it but you have saved me, saved me for myself from my stress and anxiety this has changed me more than any doctor or pills could, it was amazing I felt that I was only in the state for a minute not 14

    Thank you for the Jason, I haven going through a tough journey of being united with my husband which has caused me much stress and anxiety. When I opened my eyes I felt refreshed and at peace. I will most certainly be meditating more.

    Was my first time trying to meditate. Really stressed out. I didn't get to go really to a deep meditation but I can say my body was relaxed. Thanks alot for the video with more practice I know i will get it down

    Been practicing meditation for a while now without any significant results but when I try this one, it somehow feels easier to relax and also refreshed after it.
