Especially for us seekers. Remember, we live in a world with everything from striped toothpaste on one end, all the way to Nukes. We still can’t feed everyone, so how hot of a species are we? Pack hunting primates with chips on our shoulders says Terrance. If we don’t continue to dissolve some boundaries our lives will be as soulless as a scientist or Jesuit . Consciousness expansion is mandatory for species survival …Ya heard?!.

Been having mad stress lately because of my job, been listening to these to help me fall asleep.
I hope that the wisdom (that got lost by us perhaps multiple times since the times of Ancient Greece or even earlier) articulated by Terence in this AWEsome linguistic masterpiece, will never again be forgotten or lost ever again.
If the Hindu and Buddhist models of existence are indeed how things work, and I am destined to be reborn in this world, I truly hope to encounter this revelation again. And I also truly hope that, when/if that happens, I will not to be the "forgetful fish Dory", but will be able to remember the story of how events unfolded that led us as a species to become what we are. And I also hope this will illuminate the paths that led me personally, or us collectively, to the circumstances in which this knowledge finds me, giving me the opportunity to appreciate and understand the mystery pattern woven into the fabric of existence, spanning through many lifetimes. 🙏

Thank you Danit for an excellent talk to begin a new year, ‘a bigger bonfire to light the darkness’ to paraphrase Dennis McKenna.
The effects of psychedelics and/or other effects were more common before the use of written language 3000 years ago and even less so with the development of a phonetic alphabet. Written language became a box that locked novelty away with expectation as its replacement.
If anything psychedelics goes beyond what expectation that a language can tell or show. ☮

After he makes this pitch for changing our minds on a dime, it strikes me that most of what he is warning about has in fact been accomplished, not prevented, by "education" which is his proffered solution, along with psychedelics. Seems we have some more data about this now. The results ate not exactly encouraging with respect to the Dawn of an Age.
In retrospect? This was as much, if not much more, of a self-fulfilling prophecy as it was a warning. Just like the Bible and fundamentalism.
What the Eschaton wants, the Eschaton gets? I think he is/was correct about this: nobody has a clue what this is all supposed to look like, or to become.
