Pleeeeeease please please can you show how to cut up chicken for curry... you should be doing your own cooking show,calaloo looks like collard greens, do they taste like collard greens...I can watch you cook all day! 🥰
When you are cooking curry chicken cut it up in small pieces, wash with either vinegar, salt, lime or lemon then season to taste both ground and powder season (your choice you can add a little piece of ginger) then grease the pot with a very small amount of cooking oil, make sure the oil is well hot, put a little curry powder in the hot oil then put in your chicken stir cover it down alittle let it sweat its own water, if not sweating fast enuff pour a little little water until cooked
