this is actually the BEST workour for legs ever. i started doing this ab 2 weeks ago and my inner thighs went from 53 to 47. its an amazing result and i so happy that i got here. i did this exercise with her kpop slimming leg workout and daily cardio. remember that when u have ur goal never stop bc it can coma back so im gonna do this exercise for a long time.
Trying this with a tight workout. (I'm doing this since 24 june, I do gymnastics 3 times a week, my thighs are really muscly and I hate it.) I tried a lot of workouts but I didn't notice results. Day 1: workout +stretching Day 2:workout + stretching Day 3: workout +stretching +cardio. Day 4:workout + stretching Day 5: workout + stretching +cardio Day 6: workout +stretching Day 7: workout + stretching. Sorry for not updating but I was on vacation. I did this for like a month and I'm keeping doing this. I think I'm starting to see some results. I really appreciate how you turn around when you do the stretches on the other side. A lot of the time people in workout and stretch videos won’t do this and it’s unhelpful because I can’t see what they are doing as well
I have always had bulky muscular thighs,I tried doing workouts to tone them but it made them more bulky. So im trying stretching. Hopefully it works 🤞🤞🤞 Ill update! @@Muffbit I use this routine with another routine from Lena's channel, my routine are changing every week depending on which part of my body I need to work (butt, arms, or legs, sometimes the whole body...) I also do a little cardio some days just walking for an hour or casual running for 20 min max., to complete my workouts. It depends of your capacity and the limits of your body ! Some weeks I also give my body some rest for a while not to harm myself and give my muscles and bones a little rest 🙂
you have become my new favorite youtube trainer for many reasons. for one you're certified trainer and have credentials! two your style...long and lean with no bulk but strong at the same time. also your tone of voice is soothing. yelling and being loud isn't everyone's motivation! it's a shame that youtube is interrupting videos more and more with ads

Around a year ago I used this stretch everyday for around two months and the results were amazing!! Unfortunately after I stopped doing it regularly, I gained everything back😢 So now I'm here again to try again, wish me the best of luck❤
Im going to do this, Im 15 and have muscle in my legs because when i was 6 i was obsessed with swimming and did that every week as sport til i was 13 and because of that i have muscle in my tighs and calves and the funny thing is ever since i was little i also had defined abs and with puberty i gained a lot of weight and i stil see my eleven abs 😂 But right now im losing weight and im trying to slim down my legs from fat and muscle, and i Will update 😊 Begin weight: 65kg Right tigh (58cm) Left tigh (57cm) Starting : Day 5: ✅✅ (I walked 4,4 km (5,817 steps) today) Day 6: ✅✅ (I walked 6,5km (8,194 steps) today) Day 7:✅✅ (I walked 6,9km (8,398 steps) today) Week 1 done. Day 13: ✅✅ (almost 2 weeks, im going to measure my tighs tomorrow) Week 2 done. My measurements right now are Right tigh (56cm) Left tigh (56,1cm) Belly (73,2cm) Wait what- Oh my god. This 100% works! I had been working out my legs a bit more than ususal and thought they were getting just a little bit bulkier than usual so I tried this and my legs have never been skinnier. You NEED to try this!

I have been doing many thigh excercises for a while but my thigh measures keep the same. I got rlly worried about that I was determined to find the cause. It turned out that my fat has been reduced but my muscles keep bulking up. I found this excercise seems to be helpful and decided to try it, to see whether it reduces my muscles or not: My number is 53,5 left and 50,5 right Day 1: done

Well, I had very slim legs, then I started working out. After 2 weeks I noticed the change and don't like it, would like to go back as they were before, so I stopped what I was doing, also don't take that amount of protain anymore. Thank you for this, have been trying to find how to lose muscle in my legs. Hope it works

This is awesome! Thank you so so much. I have been straining myself for years trying to get rid of it. And I just keep losing weight everywhere else and it's so so frustrating I even cry sometimes. I am hypoglycemia and that does not help at all. I get nauseated whenever I exercise and it sets me back. This saved my life literally. I have commented here 2 weeks ago. After 2 weeks of workout in the gym, my legs got bigger (I had very slim legs as long as I can remember). I did this exercises for like 3 days, and then just stopped doing everything. Mostly laying on the couch, avoiding stairs, watching TV, did not eat meat or eggs this 2 weeks and my legs went back to normal. I personally think the result depends mostly on genetics, I'm sure this exercises help, but if you have naturally muscular legs, losing that muscle will be more difficult. Just don't eat too much protein for a while (don't starve either, it's dangerous), don't do exercises that help build up muscle, avoid stairs (straight surfice is fine, walking in the park for example helps) and the result will come, well it did in my case.

HIIT actually slimmed me down which was cool. It’s the heavy heavy weights hypertrophy training that makes me jacked. It’s not even my legs, it’s all in my arms and upper body.

Hello Lena, I need a suggestion from you.. I have really bulky legs (especially quads) cause I practiced classical dance for almost 10 years, plus my body is endomorphs. I would like to slim my legs without getting muscles and if its possible losing a little bit of it. I thought it would be great to follow these exercises everyday before and after my workout (which it could be your video “burn leg fat + reduce bulky muscles in 2 weeks”). What do you think? Could It work for me or do you suggest other types of exercises/videos? Btw I really appreciate your work and most of all your kindness ❤️
Ya I think you could try burn leg fat and muscled legs, be sure to include 5 to 10 minutes of low impact cardio, or her 7 days loose leg fat without bulk challenge along with this! I would totally reccomend. Make sure to not jump so much as it causes bulk! DONT forget to drink water. IM SURE YOULL GET RESULTS!

I’m going to make this workout a consistent routine, but I have really long legs, so sometimes trying to do some of the stretches where I had to bend and stretch one, I could never stretch my front leg holding me up low enough due to it. 😭😭so going to work on it.

Trying this with a tight workout.
(I'm doing this since 24 june, I do gymnastics 3 times a week, my thighs are really muscly and I hate it.) I tried a lot of workouts but I didn't notice results.

I really appreciate how you turn around when you do the stretches on the other side. A lot of the time people in workout and stretch videos won’t do this and it’s unhelpful because I can’t see what they are doing as well

@@Muffbit I use this routine with another routine from Lena's channel, my routine are changing every week depending on which part of my body I need to work (butt, arms, or legs, sometimes the whole body...) I also do a little cardio some days just walking for an hour or casual running for 20 min max., to complete my workouts. It depends of your capacity and the limits of your body ! Some weeks I also give my body some rest for a while not to harm myself and give my muscles and bones a little rest 🙂
you have become my new favorite youtube trainer for many reasons. for one you're certified trainer and have credentials! two your style...long and lean with no bulk but strong at the same time. also your tone of voice is soothing. yelling and being loud isn't everyone's motivation! it's a shame that youtube is interrupting videos more and more with ads

Im going to do this, Im 15 and have muscle in my legs because when i was 6 i was obsessed with swimming and did that every week as sport til i was 13 and because of that i have muscle in my tighs and calves and the funny thing is ever since i was little i also had defined abs and with puberty i gained a lot of weight and i stil see my eleven abs 😂

Wait what- Oh my god. I have been struggling so much with my legs I can’t believe that this even helped, I’ve had done so many workouts for slimmer legs but this one and the other video of Lena has helped so much omg. I’m so shocked and happy right now, and I will continue. My weight right now is 59,5 my goal weight was 60 so that when i decided to stop, i also noticed that i lost a little to much weight in a small period of time so i hope that i can maintain that weight for a long term but if something happens i will update ☺️. My measurements are still the same from the last time I updated so my tighs are 54 and 53,6 and my belly is 72.

FINAL RESULTS: Hi everyone!!! Sorry about the late results but here they are! I can tell my outer thigh has gotten much slimmer and my legs are a bit leaner. These are great stretches for me because i am flexible and it’s hard to find a deep stretch like this one. My legs where never really bulky like a workout muscle but they where more chubby. When i lie my legs flat on a i can tell the difference between before! I did also get a bit taller :). I did want to see a little more results but i might do it for another week or two to seek my full results. (I REALLLY DO RECOMMEND THEESE STRETCHES FOR FLEXIBLE AND NON FLEXIBLE PEOPLE)

I have been doing many thigh excercises for a while but my thigh measures keep the same. I got rlly worried about that I was determined to find the cause. It turned out that my fat has been reduced but my muscles keep bulking up. I found this excercise seems to be helpful and decided to try it, to see whether it reduces my muscles or not:

Well, I had very slim legs, then I started working out. After 2 weeks I noticed the change and don't like it, would like to go back as they were before, so I stopped what I was doing, also don't take that amount of protain anymore. Well I’m gonna start this (it’s day seven)
Day one: it was nice, no changes
Day two: no changes
Day three: not much changes
Day four: little changes
Day five: still little changes
Day six: not much changes
Day seven:
day 1✅: It was a a little hard but i managed to get through
day 2✅: It got easier and i was feeling great afterwards! Also I was a little sore
day 3✅: Again, it was easy and I was VERY sore but also i pushed through
day 4:✅ I do notice a little bit of my inner thigh and legs slimming down a bit.😁
day 5:✅ I can definitely feel and see some of the muscle going down and this actually helped with a little big of my inner thigh but there’s still more to go!😁
day 6:✅ It was a good workout! Wasn’t sore and it’s getting easier. I can see my things slimming down already!
day 7: ✅Wow. A week doing this and i already see a difference. I’m gonna keep doing this so i can see how well it works.

I have commented here 2 weeks ago. After 2 weeks of workout in the gym, my legs got bigger (I had very slim legs as long as I can remember). I did this exercises for like 3 days, and then just stopped doing everything. Mostly laying on the couch, avoiding stairs, watching TV, did not eat meat or eggs this 2 weeks and my legs went back to normal. I personally think the result depends mostly on genetics, I'm sure this exercises help, but if you have naturally muscular legs, losing that muscle will be more difficult. Just don't eat too much protein for a while (don't starve either, it's dangerous), don't do exercises that help build up muscle, avoid stairs (straight surfice is fine, walking in the park for example helps) and the result will come, well it did in my case.
I am replying you after a month of your comment but, I don't have bulky thighs it's just fat in there,from today I started doing 30 minutes treadmill+this stretch (so my thighs don't get bulky) but I have a question will doing treadmill bulk my thighs up?? Please reply 🙂

HIIT actually slimmed me down which was cool. It’s the heavy heavy weights hypertrophy training that makes me jacked. It’s not even my legs, it’s all in my arms and upper body.

Hello Lena, I need a suggestion from you.. I have really bulky legs (especially quads) cause I practiced classical dance for almost 10 years, plus my body is endomorphs. I would like to slim my legs without getting muscles and if its possible losing a little bit of it. I thought it would be great to follow these exercises everyday before and after my workout (which it could be your video “burn leg fat + reduce bulky muscles in 2 weeks”). What do you think? Could It work for me or do you suggest other types of exercises/videos? Btw I really appreciate your work and most of all your kindness ❤️

Ya I think you could try burn leg fat and muscled legs, be sure to include 5 to 10 minutes of low impact cardio, or her 7 days loose leg fat without bulk challenge along with this! I would totally reccomend. Make sure to not jump so much as it causes bulk! DONT forget to drink water. IM SURE YOULL GET RESULTS!

I’m going to make this workout a consistent routine, but I have really long legs, so sometimes trying to do some of the stretches where I had to bend and stretch one, I could never stretch my front leg holding me up low enough due to it. 😭😭so going to work on it.
