WOW!! Smoked Pork Tenderloin!! YUMMY for Your Tummy!

  • I cut each tenderloin in half and seasoned with Butt Rub. Then I used a water soaked wooden skewer through one end and braided the 4 pieces together. Then I added more Butt Rub. I grilled at 250F until I hit,147F internal. Then put the Japanese BBQ sauce on and let it stay on for about 2-3 minutes. I flipped it and repeated for the other side. Pulled off at 160F and let rest for 10 minutes. It turned out very good. I will be using this recipe again!
