Party Wings!! They are Grrreeaat!!!

I made several cuts on the wings to allow the seasoning to get into the meat. I put the wings into a zip lock bag and added 1 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tbs black pepper, 1 tbs garlic salt, and a splash of red wine vinegar and shook it up well. Cooked at 300 F for 45 minutes and then added sauce to some and left on for 5 more minutes to let it tack up. They were great.
