As far as the fuel fitting for the rail another option is a quick disconnect to 6AN fitting. Doesn’t require any cutting and costs about the same as a compression to AN fitting.
Love the build , quick question can I use the stock k24A intake manifold and use the 03 accord tb ? like you suggest in some videos and what gasket and/or deletes are necessary for this to work ???

Aftermarket throttle bodies are larger allowing more air but they are often problematic with idle and sticking, response etc. oem Honda throttle bodies drive nice lol

I have a k24a4 right now with intake, headers, and exhaust system. Honda accord 2003. is it worth getting a new intake manifold on my engine? rbc’s are going for around 300 now. and if I do go for it, will I need to get a tune for it? thank u
This engine belongs to a jdm honda accord k24a not at acura tsx k24a2... I know there essentially the same but I get confused when I hear tsx type s. Just my OCD. Nice video.
Not everyone knows that in Japan there is no tsx it’s actually a accord. If I say accord k24 everyone will automatically assume k24a4 which we all know it’s no goood. You might be confused but the goal here is not to confuse people on how to do their own kswap.
I had an 04 accord EX, K24A4 I'm pretty sure. Would that have a different throttle body than an 03 DX? also is the throttle body from the 03 mechanical?

How do I get around the whole drive by wire system?? Can I just cut the plug off the tsx harness and can I keep my stock k24 manifold and use an accord cables throttle body
@@oemworx4147 they literally do nothing but cause air leaks. The manifold and TB get just as hot with them then without them. I run OEM gaskets on my K24
Huge tip on the 03 accord throttlebody ...dirt cheap and no adapter needed ...that is a budget saver 👏

I'd love to see the cable bracket. The RBC and Accord throttle body do not have bolt holes to mount the cable bracket. Hmmmm....

Is there a big difference ep3 intake manifold and rsx rbc? Shiild I use rbc instead? Could I get away with knock off rbc or stick with ep3 oem

I cut just to have the line sit a shorter to look cleaner. You don’t have to cut it

The only reason you would need a different throttle body is for k24a2 because it’s dbw not cable

Megaphone allows powerband to flow smoother creating more exhaust flow before it exits the exhaust its will actually sound quieter with megaphone
Oem Worx so basically better gains AND quieter than other k swap headers ?
There are other designs that might be better than the header I have the one I’m using is budget that will give you the most for the cost.

Never knew tsx came with a type s. Do you know the differences between the rbb1, rbb2, rbb3 and rbb4 ?
Yes the rbb1 and rbb2 are Ike accord k24 the rbb3 is the true vtec 200hp k24 the rbb4 same as rbb3 except for the one port exhaust head

Thats a JDM k24a, that one he says it comes from accord type s similar of the TSX 04-05 so thats why he says Tsx type s. Thats what i think.

Per vtec academy you need to use the gearbox that matches its transmission
