Hello Rawrkee - great video. You have been very helpful going over parts, suppliers, successes and things you would change. It's been a great help. Thanks so much.
You just gotta be mindful on what parts you're using. For example, the Throttle Body is just component that opens and closes a door. Out the box, I had to do many adjustments to get the spring just right so that the door would close completely without sticking. The only part I eventually swapped out from the Jackspania parts I used was the Fuel Pressure Regulator and Fuel Filter. I figured I should spend a little more money on those parts for peace of mind. @@dylanmiller3252 it’s possible to use the 07 si ecu but you’ll need the corresponding wire harness that came with that ecu. And at that point, the pinouts will be different than the rsx ecu and so you’re opening up a can worms that has a lot less info on. It’s not impossible but will require more research. On second thought, the ecu is in the engine bay on the 07 civic, so you’ll have to either extend the wires to the cabin or mount it in the engine bay. On top of that, you’ll need a conversion harness that will plug into that ecu or just chop off the chassis/conversiob harness from the civic and then figure out how to wire it to the prelude. Another thing to consider is that the 07 civic uses a drive by wire throttle body, so you’ll have to convert to a drive by wire throttle pedal.
