If you use the set screw that is used to lock the blades in place for practicing then put the washer in place and the other set screw it makes it pretty easy.
Here's a suggestion. Include a couple of extra washers with each head. If you drop one of those little suckers, it's gone forever. I am now waiting for the replacement blades to come back in stock because it is the only way I can get the correct washer...
Can you do a video on breaking down the locked and deployed blades without the tool? I see some guys doing it without a tool and some use the tool. I struggle with the tool.

Yeah, this is lame, the washer is a pain in the A#$. I don't understand the design, it's nearly impossible to do with glasses and fat fingers. WTF

I can’t do this without the blades falling out. I guess if you’ve done it a 1000 times it’s easier
