I had have been watching you doing laptop repair. I am so impressed and inspired on how you teach and explain the problems. Hope that you can give us more explanation of the multimeter issues on testing in ohms, dc, ac and continuity if it is necessary but not only in amps because I am not familiar in amps how it is done or a short brief why you use most in amps. On this time on , you are my IDOL. I will continue to listen your teachings because they serve to be very inspirational. Thanking you my friend and idol.
Working on one right now. Customer complained it won’t boot, but happened to mention the trackpad being a little messed up. It booted with no keyboard or trackpad connected after changing the CMOS battery, so I re-assembled, then no boot again. This video may be the solution. Thank you!
Old school ingenuity.. They don't teach this in classes anywhere. I'm from the same old school and have grown up since the advent of the home personal computer learning all the way. An outdated relic these days and why the 'replace and dispose' atmosphere is in today's marketing. Sure, you would pay more back then but you had the ability and the people who know how to repair things. Today, no one takes the time to diagnose properly and fix an 'on the fly' issue. It's simply cheaper to replace the entire module, board or system entirely. Sad times in a sense but understandable. Great work.
Major Respect for you man. I've been puzzling over my old laptop and nothing seemed to work untill I removed the touchpad ribbon and cleaned it and plugged it again.
thanks for vid I have HP probook 450 g2, and the transistor labeled Q30 is blown. So I want you to help me with a reference photo showing transistor Q30 so that I can see the transistor number so that I can replace it
I have hp ultrabook i5 folio 9470m it switches on , load on windows but stops on getting ready then stops working, is it graphics and if yes, can it be replaced??
Hi sir, I have hp 430g2 laptop while power on screen won't turn on (blank) and power led, charger led, speaker on/off led, aeroplane mode led all are blinking Any solution for the problem?
hp puts two types of screws on their laptop because one type is for user replaceable components like the keyboard and the other type is for non user replaceable parts
I have a faulty pin and USB ports on the right side of the same laptop too...so what's happening with this probook 450 g2. hey, did you find a solution?

Any solution for the problem?
try removing memory, charger, battery and internal cmos battery.
Press for 10 sec. power button
and then insert only memory and charger and check then
Some of these HP laptop will have no image duded to a faulty magnetic lid swtich.
Weird! Noticed the screen being cracked open a bit on top right?
No, its a foil over the screen as the screen its new
I mean on the plastic, as for instance in 6:35
the foil its bent there
If out alcohol ?? Whit out open the button ??
hp puts two types of screws on their laptop because one type is for user replaceable components like the keyboard and the other type is for non user replaceable parts
You are perfect 👍🏻
so i dont no why ,please i need a help
i think you cleared the BIOS by removing the battery out

This model of hp pro book is ridiculous no clear instructions in form of beep code or blink for proper diagnose of fault or errors
Just cleaning the mouse buttons with alcohol ? solved the problem
