the time that it took to repair something by a professional may seem quick and easy, but we should never forget the time and dedication they have invested for a long time to achieve that ‘quick’ ‘easy’ state.

Like being tasked to translate a document in a language you've never heard before, compared to somebody that is fluent in that language. The people that know the language, certainly make it look easy! You can sit there for hours trying to understand some of the weirdest strings of text you've ever seen pop out of google translate.

I have been fixing laptops for over 20 years. The ram is always the first thing I check if it has no display. Plus it's the easiest thing to check. I've learned to always check the simplest things first before I tear the whole laptop apart.

Especially on HP Laptops. I bet the memory module would work on another laptop. I don't know exactly why that is, but I've came across a probook diagnosed with dead mobo, but when I unplugged the secondary ram stick, it booted, then I tried to reinstall the module just because and it worked again. I think it might be contaminated ram slot pins (corroded or something) or just a bios corruption.

I had faced the same problem with my laptop couple months ago .the funny thing is when i took it to a repair shop , he told me maybe it's an issue with the gpu .A week later , he affirmed it's a no fix . I took it to another repair shop , and after inspection he said the gpu is totally missed up, he said the guy who attempted to fix your laptop has used a lot of heat while trying to reflow the gpu .
Weeks later , I brought a new motherboard , and when i installed the old ram , the same problem came back , than i realized that the ram was faulty .

Greetings. Why would an individual bother to ask such a ludicrous question? The repair appears easy because of how quickly you are able to diagnose and remedy the problem. This does not happen miraculously, but because of the hard work and dedication that you put in over the years. It is the desire of every technician to fix an impaired unit as quickly as possible. Why, because the quicker you are able to fix the unit, the quicker you are going to collect your fees and move on to the next unit?

When you think of hours you have spent learning, making mistakes , learning from them, hours of rat holes jobs and still get them fixed and don after the hours a no fix and all the lessons learnt, years of practice and learning.... when you fix a device when you are grounded and strong in a short time.... just know you deserve it’s cause you really do deserve.... everything there is always a price to pay.... you just have to pay to get to that point mr Alex is now. My respect mr Alex , more knowledge... I won’t say more money... you know why.
