  • I met many Ukrainians in Poland. Some have been forced to live in Poland because of the war, while others have returned to Ukraine, knowing the dangers. Many areas are still occupied by Russian troops. Evidence emerging from land recaptured by Ukrainian forces shows that Ukrainian civilians are subjected to war crimes in areas occupied by Russian forces. Indiscriminate attacks on all parts of Ukraine have also resumed. Continued assistance is needed.

    Purpose of this project: Do you know the 10,000 Hour Rule?
    To put it simply, this is a rule that defines that "in order to acquire a world-level technical skill, it is necessary to take 10,000 hours of deliberate practice."
    However, the 10,000 Hour Rule is said to lack enough scientific evidences.
    That is why I decided to verify this rule using my own life.
    That is this project, "What if a Beginner Practiced Guitar for 10,000 Hours?"
    -------------------------------------------------------
    Let’s challenge yourself from NOW.
    The theme of this channel is human growth. Sports, music, and study are the activities that make humans grow as humans.
    I would like to share contents that act as inspiration for people who wish to grow.
    Let us fight, challenge, and grow together.
    It’s never too late to do something.

    Nice progress on classical guitar but your description should clearly state that you had already (as taken from a comment you wrote in this video's comments section) "played electric guitar for 700 hours before I started playing classical guitar." 700 hours already logged playing electric guitar doesn't make you a beginner with classical guitar.

    I studied for years with several different teachers. I reached an intermediate level eventually, when a new teacher remarked "I'm surprised you can play as well as you do with such small hands." Nobody had ever mentioned that to me in all the years I had been studying. I finally got a smaller scale instrument, which was definitely easier for me to play, but soon became old and lost my hand flexibility. A life-long wannabe, alas.

    I've been playing electric guitar for almost thirty years. I recently started taking lessons to get out of a rut. My teacher asked if I could read music and I, embarrassingly, said no. There is nothing more humbling than playing for all those years and starting with Aura Lee note for note. Great video and very motivating!

    • @KebabGuitarist2408
      @KebabGuitarist2408 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @programxxx Agreed! Because beginners usually do not understand how to hit the string without curving your fingers for quite a long time! I have been playing Classical guitar since I was 4-5 and only fully understood and mastered this concept a few months back. I do not believe this is only 700 hour of practice

    • @KebabGuitarist2408
      @KebabGuitarist2408 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@CutTheCrapAndKissMe Well I guess I was a little unclear on what I meant. What I meant is that a mistake many beginners often do is that they do not keep their fingers on their right hand stiff enough while playing. This means their fingers can often curve backwards and not give as full of a tone. This more fullness of a tone makes a quite a big difference on how a piece sounds. Without it it can sounds very sloppy and not as pleasing. If you still think this is unclear I can send you a demonstration
