    Hey 👋 guys here is a brand NEW 20 Minute Jump Rope HIIT Workout you can do anywhere and follow along easily. My Jump Rope Bundle is packed with 55+ Skill Tutorials, Jump Rope, and HIIT Workouts to get you fit, and strong while working out at home.
    In this 20 Minute Workout, there are two circuits with a 30-sec rest in between and 60 rest at the end of the round. Depending on your fitness level you can increase or decrease the rest periods long with how many rounds. I have given you 3 rounds.

    Hi Winter. You motivated me to jump rope while quarentine. I started with 20 minutes. Now I can jump rope 30 minutes non stop and I am feeling good and better, I recovered my cardio training motivation. Thanks. Greetings from Spain.

    Hi hi! I just completed this workout. It was a blast! My only issue is with the editing - there being only 3 secs between each exercise which isn't enough if you're switching between rope and dumbbell exercises. An extra 2-3 secs would be perfect. That way we're not scrambling and end up missing the first few secs of the next exercise.

      The Phoenix Movement I did this one shortly after it was posted. It was fantastic. These are my favourite workouts combining weight training with skipping. Loved every second of it. Doing again tomorrow ❤️💪

    I loved this one, but not gonna lie i missed the break between sets:D and thanks for the music, cos it makes easier with awesome music! I always did workout but i couldn't lose any weight, but thanks for you aftter 3 weeks i lost 6,6kg which is14 lbs! I hope i will get abs like you with constancy!(sorry for my bad english)

      Aww thank you! I am so happy to read that I am helping you on your fitness journey. In this video I am using 3 kg dumbbells however you can increase this for the leg exercises to get better results. Legs can take more than you realise

    Hi Winter. Just started watching your videos and working out along with you. I noticed you have added more muscle and definition over time. Not as noticeable in your earlier videos. Is this all from jump rope, calisthenics and HIIT ? I'm thinking of cutting out or reducing weightlifting and going with your program, but afraid I'll lose muscle mass. Don't see it with you. You're getting older and better looking everyday ! I just turned 60 and seem to just get sore anymore lifting weights. Your thoughts ? Thanks for what you do for us ;-)

      Hey Art my body does fluctuate during the month in terms of carrying more water. My training is varied. I do lots of bodyweight and weighted exercises. What are your training goals?

    These workouts are amazing, you've sold me on signing up for lifetime access :) One comment, and I don't want this to come off as being a misogynist remark because - yes you do have a perfect body but that happens from work - and the videos would be better if they were zoomed a little closer in. Closer up, but not in a creepy way. When I exercise it helps to see the person in the video both for the exercise form and because it's motivating to see the results that can come from the effort I'm doing (this is true regardless of whether the video is of a man or a woman) and you take up very little of the frame in these.

    Hi, i started doing your workouts and started loosing weight which is really great. But I also loose fat in my chest which is not good for me as I’m already a very flat chested woman. Do you have any tips or a workout that will help loose weight in the thigh and belly area only.

    Been jumping rope for the last 2.5 months and I’ve lost 16 lbs. How heavy should the dumbbells be? Mine are 2 kgs each. Can these give me a good workout? Otherwise your clip is awesome. 😍

      You need to go heavier.... for legs you want 8-10 kg for upper body 4-6 kg

    What dumbbell size should a male get if they looking to purchase off of Amazon for future workouts. I only have 1 dumbbell and it 14.87 pounds (15). I'm slowly getting some basic workout gear as I wait for my jump rope to ship to my home.

    Hi! Please reply. How many calories does this burn? I do not have a fitbit watch or an apple watch to help me.
    I have 4kg and 3kg Dumbbells that I will use. I am good at jump rope. So please tell me how many calories will this burn??

      You could use your brain, start read and make your own calculations. You could try to live your life without being ruled by apple/fitbit watch.
