I honestly feel so bad for family members that feel responsible for another family members else actions or choices. I understand this concern comes from a loving stand and they want to help them to not continue to make dumb choices but in the end you can’t help them if they don’t want to be helped. 😔
If you can see your loved one struggling you never stop trying to help no matter what. If you can't get them to listen ask yourself what you can do to make them listen but never turn your back when you know a better way.
"I'm not going to be a problem for you..." The first thing I'd think is, "He's going to be a problem for me."

You do realise that you're just a person…and that is okay. We all make mistskes…however, rather than looking at it pejoratively, look at it as a teaching… an opportunity to learn and grow. Don't allow it to cripple you because as a human entity who is in control of her sphere, decisions are a part of your life.
When you have to make a decision and it scares you, ask the Creator for guidance and help. He will help you.

Most people who think they have “insider information” just have speculation from company employees who know very little. Very few people have insider information unless they are directly involved with the board of a company which I highly doubt this guy is, and even if he was why would they give this dude classified info?? Stay out of your brother’s private affairs. Give him advice and if he is stupid enough to ignore you that’s his problem, not yours. When he is in trouble, he will come around and hopefully he will listen to you before it’s too late.

Gim Paul well you accept being that person. I have an uncle who everyone knows not to talk to about money, he cuts anyone who asks him for money. I am setting up myself as that person in my family. My brothers and cousins etc know if they ask me for money, I cut them off for a year or more.
Dave is right. I had an eviction and I was honest about it and an understanding landlord rented to me.
She didn't explain why he couldn't just renew the lease where he's at currently.

My dear mom is 91 yo and has buried herself in debt. $569K reverse mortgage and $80K misc debt. She does not listen to my advice, her spending habit does not change. Expenses is more than her income. I am worried that when she dies I might be the one to spend $$$ for her burial, etc.
Keep it cheap, if she cannot be financially responsible then she gets a finacially responsible funeral. If that means cremation or getting a coffin cheap from a company and getting a cheap gravesite then so be it
@@ajjohn8729 You don't need a coffin for cremation. Scatter ashes in a place the person loved. Have a memorial service after the fact in a church hall and invite everyone who loved the deceased. You'd be surprised how nice this can be!

This is not a landlord responsibility - if a person does not have enough friends, family, co workers, church community etc to all chip in how is this to go to the landlord? I am assuming that the landlord is also someones family member, co worker, friend etc and gives like no one else to support these people.

Putting too much work. I understand what youre trying to do. The extra $200, make sure it goes directly and only to the principal. Stealerships tend to take some and send it to interest as well.

Buy used from a reputable dealership or private. 19,000 new car I used that same amount to make a addition on my house and going to rent to 4 students at 400 to 430 a month each person 1600- 1720 take this multiply 16,000 to 17,200 in ten months. Do not buy brand new unless you plan on keeping it forever.
