The Hyundai HYFT56 is a petrol push field trimmer, for use when cutting back large areas, and overgrown sections of gardens or fields. A new product in the Hyundai garden machinery it comes with a host of built-in features. It has a trimmer head drive lever, which engages the rotation of the trimmer head for easier movement of the head. It also has Operator Presence Control (OPC) Release to stop the rotation of the trimmer head.
There is also a hard-wearing shield edge guard which protects the shield by automatically cutting the line to the correct length, as well as preventing damage to the machine during working conditions.
This video accurately demonstrates the power of the HYFT56, as it easily cuts through overgrown sections and grassy banks and hedges with total control and ease. Because of the large wheel base, the HYFT56 is able to move freely backwards and forwards without challenge. There is a built-in throttle control lever, which controls the speed or stops the engine, depending on which feature is needed. The primer button on the trimmer injects fuel directly into the carburetor for faster starting.
The 5.5hp Hyundai engine is a rugged and powerful addition to this machine, driving a lot of power to the trimmer, and it has a recoil starter handle. The engine is equipped with this for an easy pull recoil start, meaning the end of repetitive and tedious pull starting actions. One swift pull and the machine will kick into life.
