    Fasting 18-20 hours most days, organic eating, which ended insulin resistence, cleaned up my liver and led me to a healthier gut 🎉

      That's incredible. How did you work your way up the 18 hours per day? The max I could do is 12 hours and that includes 8 hours sleeping

      @@StickyKleenex I started with 12, added one hour each week. I drink water and take sea salt during the day, and also unsweetened green tea if I get hungry or jittery.

    I’m a momma of now three children and I gained weight after having the third baby and I can’t get it off. I know the Biblical food diet works bc it’s worked for me before. But sadly I’m struggling to get the weight off this go round.

    Is there " Natural flavoring?" She's expressing my same problem. I take Magnesium Malitate with zinc, Liposomo C n still have been have HUGE weight gain. I eat one a day "Barely " I have been size 0 - 3 my whole life till I stopped my period at 54 n just turned 59 a week ago n have had EXTREME weight gain. I " Barely ever eat junk or sweets" n still have had trouble balancing my hormones. I'm honestly thinking about doing steroids just to stop being FAT. Fed up with not being my true self. SKINNEY

    I even did ALL NATURAL Progesterone n it didn't help at all. It gave me heart palpation n flutters n the dr said stop taking it because of the heart fluttering

    What about if you want to gain weight a couple of years ago I woke up couldn't get out of bed because my legs were so stiff and in pain went to the doctor found out I have rheumatoid arthritis had to stop eating curtain kind of foods which I ended up losing 57 lbs I now weight 90 lbs been still weight 90 lbs I can gain weight but I can't keep it on I even drink my plant based protein shake which I use plant based milk I need help I am nothing but bones every time I see myself in the mirror I start😢😢what is going on

      Thanks for sharing. There are reasons some people can’t gain weight and it can be lack of enzymes. Without enzymes we are unable to assimilate the nutrients from our food for them to help build healthy tissue.
      Also high quality food even animal foods can help .
