Great video, just set mine up today. If I may ask where is your reservoir pipe coming out in your tent? I have a 5x5 mars hydro and I can't figure it out.
@downlow95 I let the zippers meet right there, at that pipe... to where it's almost closed, can't actually close it. I'm gonna do a better video explaining that tho
I like DWC, didn't get the greatest results in the Aircube so I won't be using that system unless they make more improvements. Plus it's 800 vs 350. I'm going to choose DWC
Thank goodness for your instructions cuz the info from the set up was virtually useless. I already broke the filter and had to put it together without it. Wanted to make the buckets go further apart for growing room. No pvc found in the US that is the same. Went to 5 plumbing supply companies and found one that is trying to find it for me. Do you have any suggestions? Also had to get longer hose for the return.
My suggestion is to reach out to the puffy puppy customer service with any and all concerns regarding this RDWC system. They will be able to help you much better than I can.
In those type of rdwc systems the pump supposed to be pulling the water instead of pushing the return res should come in like a water fall Creating jet bubbles in the res Nevertheless it will work the same regardless long as air & circulation is present I'm Building a custom 8 site from this main head unit to save me time on my usual Aeroponic rdwc builds plus i,ll save thousands over the Current Culture rdwc systems peace ✊

This looks like a solid system. Do you think it'd be better with a 10 gallon reservoir?
If I upgraded the reservoir, I would do a 20 or 25 gal, but that's a good idea yes
hey is the system quiet and the float valve i assume is for a bigger res if you want to add one
The system is quiet. The air pumps are never really quiet but that's a given in DWC

What type of glue for PVC? Do I need the primer? Or can I just use the glue?
There's no glue involved with this system.
