How to outplay anyone: a low levels, just master the game. Fundamentals like spacing and teching, and unique tech for your characters. At mid levels, always mix up once the opponent catches on and have the kill options on the down low until you need them. At top level, everything matters. Match ups, studying players, having multiple options at any given moment, pushing yourself to the fullest. At that level, you define the meta, and many mid and low level players will emulate your play to learn.

As a Pac Main I feel the competition has been getting really steep online lately
my biggest outplay on someone was when i readed a finishing touch from a cloud and used used bowser's forward smash super armor to beat it, 2 times, the third time he tried to use limit cross and i used down smash to armor trough it, and it was a 3-stock for me.

Today i was playing against a very technical Jigglypuff. So while he was half the stage distance from me, i did what would be considered normally as a mistake, i double spot dodged, so he run my way to punish me and i killed him with downsmash

It seems like the right way to ask here, but I was looking for someone to practice with. I live in the UK so whether connection is possible from UK to U.S, I’m not sure. I main Pichu, and he sucks online and I’m looking for someone to help me improve online. :))
There is an online Pichu main by the name of Rat. Maybe try and find him. You legitimately sound like someone who doesn't troll online so I probably could help a little as I also live in the UK. The only problem with me is communication. I don't use social media or group chats, not even joking, so it would be pretty hard to hear from me.
