Dear Chef Sanjyot, today I tried this way of Alu-Gobi vegetable and it turned out superbly tasty. The only addition of veg I did was Simla mirch /Capsicum....all of my family members just loved it ❤ Thanks a lot.

That's the case. Aalo gobhi is one of those recipes which taste better when it's made like this. Aapne wedding me ya kisi ceremony me khai ho toh bas waisi.

You can boil and shallow fry the gobi and aloo before mixing with cooked spices.
