I was really hoping to find a video of case splitting. 1) was it a pain in the ass? 2) had you already broke your output shaft or are you being preemptive? 3)have you had any issues since putting back together?
It wasn't a pain it was pretty straight forward. 2nd the bike was a fresh stoker nothing broke. I've ripped on the thing at least 15 times now and when I say I'm not eay on it I'm not joking
@@brandonlee1547 take pictures when it comes apart always but these engines are so simple that you wont forget unless you pull the gears off. When you split the case all everytging just sits in whichever side is down

Maybe I'll do some recording this week of me ripping on it I still havent got any good vids of me riding it
Built Minis im pretty mechanically inclined when it comes to cars, I’m mostly concerned with putting the transmission back in incorrectly.

Hey Bud, was this due to your Kick Start slipping. My Buddy has the same issue 2005 KLX 110.

Do you have a video of taking this apart? Pretty sure I broke the tip of the output shaft at the kickstart end.
