Remove the D screw and Dremel a slot so you can use a flat head screwdriver. With the pipe, cam, and filter you should go up one on the pilot and 2 on the main as a new baseline and tune from there(more air in needs more fuel in). There is a way to tune the air screw but to much to write on here. Plenty of TH-cam vids on how to do it, it simple . Also screwing it in makes it rich, out is lean on an air screw. The hanging idle can be because of carb tuning or air leak- spray some carb cleaner around the intake manifold and see if the idle surges up- it will tell you if you have an air leak. Also the cam typically gives more grunt down low so really you’d want to decrease tooth count and get a little more off the top since you have added some down low with the cam. Also did you replace the exhaust gasket when you replaced the pipe? That sometimes can play a role in a funny idle. There is a lot of variables but these are some ideas
Hey mate what jetting would you recommend, done an air box mod and drilled out the restrictor in the exhaust bogs at the top end a fair bit rest of the bike is standard
Lambycapo I would go the same as my first reply. 2 up in main and one in pilot. Play with the air screw and maybe needle, just depends how it’s pulling. Needs more fuel, your running lean
Cool mate pulled appart the carby this arvo for a clean and a look has a 40 pilot and a 80 main ordered an 82 main and an 85 main to try didn’t get a new pilot yet
I had the same issues with my carb, same bike but all stock. It took me awhile but I had to find the perfect balance between the screw you messed with and the idle screw. When u turn up the idle, mess w the other screw to bring it back down, or the opposite. Eventually you’ll find a good balance.
I would replace the bent foot peg bracket for sure..That’ll make a huge difference, more than you would think. With the right foot peg higher than the left it’ll create uneven weight distribution side to side this will contribute to, like you said, getting cross rutted and jumping sketchy. Than after a little bit you’ll start to try and compensate for the uneven weight with your upper body and at that point you’re now uncomfortable with everything.. Try it out and replace the foot peg bracket. In my opinion I think it would make a big difference.. Keep shredding 🤙🏻
@ Donzi Dambrosa id be looking at your throttle cable routing, as for tuning, get the bike up to operating temp, lift the idle up to fast idle, and fiddle with your tune screw, find where the engine starts to slow, go back 1/8th of a turn, and blip the throttle, it should rev up, and come back down fairly instantly, id also be looking for leaks around the gaskets, ie;spraying brake clean at the gasket areas around the carb, if there are vac leaks the engine should drop idle/die, replace as necessary, if youre needing any help, msg me :)
I have a ttr110 big bore mod and I have the same problem and have tried to fix of for awhile but never have, I think it’s cause the cam is so big it will sound like a Harley chopper then sound like a race bike rev’d up a bit
try re routing your throttle cable in between the bars. also check us out on our fb page mini moto mx its all about pitbikes. full mods, stock mods, stocks. you will see some of the best pitbikes in the world on there ranging from $1500 to $15k builds. also since your jumping if you havent already change the stock peg bolts to longer ones so you dont rip them out the cases.
Hey guys I brought a sp3 ycf190 a while ago and lately it hasn’t been running to good I’ve cleaned the carburettor, I brought a new spark plug last week but I still have the same problem where it’s not running properly it idles up and down on its own. It’s kind of like it’s running by itself when you back of the throttle it’s still rolling on it’s own. I’ve tried to tune it so it doesn’t but when tuning if you go to much it’ll idle way to much and will ride by itself but if you don’t tune it enough it won’t idle without stalling. Can anyone help me out? Cheers
www.amazon.com/IRC-GS45F-GS45Z-Rear-Tire/dp/B000GTWY40 some guys been running this rear tire on the front. its a little wider for stability. sometimes need to trim the side knobbys on the non-L models. Ive got zokes on my 110L and i definitiyl feel top heavy. tried sliding them up and down in the clamps. probably need to set the sag in the rear

thanks man! ill run through all these and see what happens

My ttr90 was doing the hanging idle. It was as simple as cleaning it out. It was partiality clogged. That fixed the issue.
Every time I watch your pit bike videos I wanna go out and buy one!
lol

You need a bbr tall seat. It might make it ride better
Sweet video, I keep hearing your kick start when you were riding lol. I would suggest looking for air leaks in and around the carb
Theoutdoordaniel i have the same problem with my 110 as well. what can i do? it’d be great if u could get back to me
@@bruh-om8ir same problem with kick start or bike running weird?
Theoutdoordaniel with the kickstarter noise
Theoutdoordaniel it’s mostly when i’m jumping or the forks get compressed. when i’m just cruising around the backyard it doesn’t do it
@@bruh-om8ir your leg is probably hitting it and pushing it back a little bit.

We miss you Donz🫶🏽
you need a bbr tall seat an mika pit bike tall bars, that’s the best setup that i’ve found for my self
If it idles fine when sitting straight up then idles up when you put it on the kick stand then the float is lean
A fluctuating idle is usually a lean condition
Maybe the air box mod is the culprit🤔
3D Mx bingo. I messed with mine and it ran like crap
i dont think so because i had this idle issue before hand too
I had the same problem on my two brothers over the top brake
hey brotha im a fairly new sub and just want too say im lovin your videos so far dude awesome work!!
Is this Skweezy Jibs lil brother?
Would make sense as you turn into corners it leans out
I would like to see you look into getting a new KLX 110
My klx 110 plug fouls evey single ride any suggestions
Ordered $290 worth of merch off the site, I’m all set for summer clothes! Also got some entries I assume haha!!
Falakness Monsta I got my pw less than that 😂😂
I believe it, I figured I’d give it a shot at the giveaway CRF110 & go clothes shopping at the same time haha.

What’s with all the campers at the side of the track??

Sweet video🤟
My klx 110 idles like that and I have yet to figure it out
That valve chatter doesn’t sound too hot. My sons drz wouldn’t idle, carb was clean. Ended up adjusting the valves, now idles perfect
Bikes looking clean though
thanks man!
What year is your klx 110
First , Love Your Vids!
Why is there so many campers back there?

Float level is a bit to lean
So it might have been a touch lean so your pilot jet might be a tad small.
Check this out, it will help
