Fair point, it's just hard to talk audio when almost any music I play is going to have royalties attached to it. I live on the ad revenue from these videos, so having to share it with record labels isn't great. I'll try to think of a workaround
@@MilesPerHru could find a local artist ,sure there is an musician on the subscribers side u can ask them to make some songs specific for u go to have just for audio reviews just like Flossy Carter did for his audio reviews on the phones, neffex are also copyright free
@@MilesPerHrthe elements of each review are pretty consistent, so you could probably get away with having just a single royalty free song that you test in every car, or perhaps up to three different songs to test the three frequency groups of a song (a song for the highs, a song for the mids, and a song for the lows)
This is why I like Milesperhr reviews. He is reviewing the cars as daily driving cars and testing them for different occasions. Other reviewers just do a couple of launches and base their reviews on just that. Milespehr reviews are the ones to go to if you are planning to buy a new car/ Greetings from Greece 👍
On your final thoughts: rear seats not being usable is characteristic of every car in this class except the Spectre you tested recently. And that's the same size as the long-wheelbase-only i7. Everything else is a 2+2, not a 4 seater - with the possible exception of the new Maserati Grancabrio (which might be more to your liking stylistically). Fair point on the non-sliding sun visors; they're hit or miss - the Spectre's don't slide either AFAIK. The doors are long because the car is long - same with every GT except maybe the Ferrari Roma. The struts help with that as you noted early on. On the paint and chrome, you can get any color you want, and the chrome can be changed to black. As for the soft top, every grand touring convertible has a soft top. If you don't like the color, Bentley offers a number of colors, and tweed as well. It seems like you don't like the underlying design of the car, which is fair. Bentley's styling isn't for everyone. It's your video, you're entitled to your opinion, and you don't have to like every car. But apart from the styling your gripes weren't really unique to the Bentley. You've driven the Rolls Royce Dawn, Aston Martin DB11 Volante, Mercedes SL, BMW 6 series, Lexus LC500, and Porsche 911 convertibles. You know they all share most of the gripes you had about the Bentley. Sorry if this comes across as overly harsh. I like your videos and the casual nature and humor you interject. It's just that it seems more like the class of car isn't for you rather than this specific car - which is fine, but not quite what you said.
The B mode next to comfort and sport softens the suspension and acceleration. It would have felt much smoother with it on. Also the cold start would have been much louder if sport was turned on, but because it was in B it makes the car quieter.
I tested this one. It’s a great car, but with this model there is less room in the interior. The wrap around and center panel seem a little too imposing and the car feels heavier than the last iteration (which I, admittedly, have.) I just like the lighter overall feel of the pre-2020.
I'll still have the normal POV format in my First Drives, but I'm really trying to perfect these "day in the life" videos, because I'm having fun making them and I try to integrate the best pieces of my normal POV reviews in them. Thanks for understanding!
My boss's lasted three days here in London, then got buried three levels below ground level in the garage never to be driven by him again, even the battery is run down now.
I lived in MA for many years and did the same thing (shorts in high 50s). My blood has definitely thinned back out in CA, and we don't get any humidity to insulate.
2+2 hard top convertibles don't exist anymore. They're all soft tops - including the recently discontinued Rolls Royce Dawn. The last holdout was Ferrari, but they replaced the hard top Portofino with the soft top Roma. Manufacturers decided that the complexity, engineering expense, weight, and packaging constraints of hard tops just weren't worth it. There's little - if any - objective benefit to hard tops. Modern soft tops give you nearly all the benefits without many of the drawbacks.
I'll still have the "regular" format in my First Drives, but I'm really trying to perfect these "day in the life" videos, because I'm having fun making them and I try to integrate the best pieces of my regular reviews in them. Thanks for understanding!
I think it’s just the spec of the Bentley you got delivered that made you not really like it. There are certain specs of this same car that you’ve made you be more inlove with this car, trust me

Not gonna lie, i would love if you talked more about audio sistems on the cars you drive. I think its important. Thank you
Especially in the convertibles

haha, to put it in one word
You and your wife are extremely pleasant to watch, great chemistry. Nice to see married couples who genuinely love each other. All the best!🙏🏾

Driving a convertible in sunny so cal is a fantastic feeling, great review, awesome car.
For me this is a great car... For 150-225k but 300-350k? Don't know about that

How was driving through a Rolls Royce? "Nice." what a great response!!
There was a wind deflector in the boot, it makes a big difference to comfort with the hood down.
I love the day-in-the-life content but I still would love to have a pov review as you normally do. ❤

59 degrees and heated seat on?! Yesterday it was 49 and I turned my cooled seat on. 😂
What a car !

Beautiful 🔥
Nice review, Thank you👍
It’s funny because when it’s 59 degrees out here in PA everyone is walking around in shorts and a tshirt. In California it’s considered chilly.

Ahh nothing like that feeling of fresh minty but peaceful
Stop honking infront of my house everyday😂

I don't like the fact that they don't offer a hard top option even at that price and being a luxury vehicle

Beautiful car but that color scheme is rough. A nice emerald green on the outside would match better with the inside leather.
