at the end {32:00} when you spin the input shaft it looks like your C-Clip is not seated fully, it oscillates and you can see a tiny gap opposite the side with the ears.
Thanks! Good to now that 5th gear is first one in trans My problem is that gs6-53dz makes pretty strong noice at 5th gear (straight ratio) when i slightly engine brake or slightly press gas pedal at cruising. under heavy load its same as other gears and works normal its i6 diesel and it has light Single mass with twin disk clutch and chatter is loud in neutral (normal) So briefly. i think the reason is that its straight ratio gear. What do you think? Meybe shaft bearing?
@@Jakenurmi I've heard that single mass flywheels can increase transmission noise, but otherwise yeah maybe just the input shaft bearing? Any chance it's the diff instead, or is it only in 5th?

@@bgereon yep good catch, it's a bit deformed now.. it's like 80% seated tho. Easier to take on and off now lol

@ diff is bad and it has a play, i will get ”new” one soon but im 100% sure that sound comes from trans
@ yeah only 5th gear
