    Hi Somjit, I made this and it was so simple and delicious. The Choy sum that I had was a little fibrous so I had to peel the outside layer of the stalks. Thx again for your easy n yummy recipes.

      Hi P T. Nice! Thank you for sharing. Yes, sometimes the stems are fibrous and hard, so it's good to remove the outer layer to enjoy the young and crunchy choy sum. Happy cooking😀😀🙏💖😍

      @@HomeCookingwithSomjit My granny would cut the outer layer, cut them into 1.5" length and stir it into the hot frying pan for about 30 seconds.

    I would like you to show the packaging of the sauces and the 6 ingredient rate

      Hi @lilianagomez5218, I can't edit the video, but I can tell you the brands of the sauces I used 😊
      Light soy sauce: Yummy House Light Soy Sauce
      Oyster Sauce: Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce.
      I'm not sure what you mean by the 6 ingredient rate. The ingredient amounts are in the "See More" link below the video 😊

    If you put in cold water then the vegetables will be cold to eat. Is in it?

    • @HomeCookingwithSomjit
      @HomeCookingwithSomjit  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi Shriya Gurung, thank you for the question 😄 I put the vegetable in the cold water for about 10 seconds only, just to stop the cooking process. The vegetables's temperature will be lowered, but not low enough to be cold. When eaten, it is still slightly warm. Hope it helps 😄

    My granny used to plant Gai Lan from seeds just after Easter. By June, we'd be having Choy Sum with Oyster sauce. I got to STOP watching these youTUBE videos just before lunch or evening meals.

      Agree to disagree? I liked her presentation of it very much. Clear, simple and concise. Didn’t think it was complicated. Can you link what you think is an easier recipe? Would be helpful to see what you mean. Tks🙏
