    Made with Lau, I really commend you for the thought and effort you put into making high quality content. Not just a recipe, but info on the ingredients, other names it goes by, how to select, what to look for and comparisons to other greens that the viewer may be familiar with. This is very good information that I want and is not usually provided. Just bought a $2 bag labeled as Yu-Choy to try from a non-Asian store.

    尊敬的先生;
    几年来我一直在演奏中国笛子和 洞箫. 我用卷烟纸和大蒜做笛子。我为 150 到 500 名在当地食品银行排队等候的中国老年人演奏长笛。
    我下载了大约 25 首我可以播放且听众喜欢的歌曲,我每周播放一次。 我可以玩更多,但两个小时是很长的时间玩!
    我唱了两首歌。 我是聋子和西方人,当我能听到自己唱歌时,声音很大,歌曲是诗歌。 大鱼和大海。 我们离中国很远。
    我的听众现在已经知道我所有的歌曲了。 我需要学习一些新的。 我可以请您提供一些我们这个时代的人会知道并喜欢在笛子上听到的歌曲建议吗?

      首先,在下对您的善举表示欽佩!為我的同胞对您至謝。在下是广东人,相信這些同胞里面也有不少广东人,您不妨选择一些广东音乐演奏给他们听吧。如:"彩云追月"、"步步高",是比較流行的,不妨试试吧。非常感谢您关注我们的視頻!老劉祝福您健康快乐!

      非常感谢您的友好回复。 你选择了非常好的歌曲。 彩云追月。 我需要在乐谱下写下歌词,因为有时人们喜欢来和我一起唱歌。
      步步高对我来说更有趣,需要学习。 我下载了一些西方的小提琴乐谱,并把它发给了一个朋友,她有时会和我一起用她的小提琴。
      太感谢了。 我希望这个星期五能玩彩云追月。 我会告诉你这首歌是如何被接收的。 一些工人是粤裔美国人,他们可能想知道如何唱这首歌。 我不认为他们都可以读中文。 对于他们,我将不得不寻找他们感兴趣的拼音词,或粤语对应的词。

      Don't know about the other cookware, but his knife is a several decades-old Chinese-style Chef's Knife made by the brand Dexter Russell, which you can still buy today.

      Buy a hotplate. Keeps your dishes warm and you can control the temperature

      如果視頻播出要按排時間,如果是書面告訴你,現在就可以,先把魚洗浄再用紙或乾淨布吸乾水份,用刀兩面切幾刀,洒上胡椒粉,薑末除腥。再在兩面抹上少許乾生粉,把鍋燒熱落4一5湯匙油中火煎至兩面金黃色便可。糖醋汁就請你翻看前面的古嚕肉視頻吧。非常感謝您的支持!老劉㊗️您和家人健康快樂!

    Hi, what material is this wok made from please? Does stone, ceramic or aniodised woks work as well? I know an aluminuin surface is not healthy for cooking.

    I understand how oil can give the finished vegetables a glossy appearance but how do they preserve the green color?

    This is a deceptively easy recipe. The trick is in the control of heat and time.

      It is easy. It is even more easy when you have more powerful gas stove. In that case, you leave the choy sum a bit wet after washing. Just use high heat to stir fry it continously until done. No need even to put on cover.
