Mr Do, I immensely enjoy your Expert Insights on Selling. I recently started watching your TH-cam videos.
    - I confess that I envy your talent/charm along with your YT and podcast traction. You are uniquely talented, sir. Hopefully my envy will soon translate to helping small local businesses in my county to increase their weekly sales, retain loyal customers, and boost their customer referrals.
    - I’ve been a sales Coach/Director for 3 Home Improvement franchises.
    - I honed my sales and entrepreneurial skills within 2.5 yrs by reading 3-5 sales/ month then implementing those techniques at each of my sales appointments.
    - My sales evolution was exponential; I had 12-15 qualified sales appts, weekly.
    - Mr Do, I look forward to seeing more of your fantastic videos. I wish you all the success you can garner. Warm regards. 😃

I love the point about sales is not telling someone what to do, but is informing them so they can make a decision. It is really about helping the other person by showing them how there is something that could solve their problem. Thanks for the gold!

Apart from Seth Godin, Chris Do is the only person I know that can talk about sales and not let a bad taste in your mouth. This is a very big shift in how sales are done, and you'd like more salespeople like this in your life, helping you through your decision making process :)

mindblown. I was helping someone through some personal problems a while ago and the SALES acronym was basically exactly the set of steps I used when walking them through the problem to understand it myself, then summarize it back to them, ask if that understanding was correct, and then move on to ask about the next bit. In the end I summarized back the whole problem from a 1000 foot view, and stated the solutions they already knew they wanted to take, but why they didn't take them ( fear / etc ). They were so grateful I'd done that and all I'd done in my mind was gained an understanding of their problem set.

This video is great, it showed me that i was doing ALMOST everything correctly. My biggest problem was in closing the "sale". I was listening without making suggestions and interrupting the client, i was asking the right questions and the way that i was asking was correct (intonation & etc) but i was laking the most fundamental thing, the last act.

*We have to begin to do better as Creators and to think ourselves as people who are here to Serve.* Selling isn't _dirty_ , but your Approach to it might be. Selling a Solution that will help your Clients, Customers or Audience, is a Service. *Begin to Show up intentionally and with a burning desire to be of Service so that when it is time to have those conversations that lead to the Sale, you can do it from a place of Dignity.*
