I do not put metal containers in the microwave. I just mentioned in the video that they can also microwave the masi instead of steaming them. I presumed that everyone who has a microwave knows that metals cannot be used in the microwave. I put a note in the description box to use microwavable containers if you intend to microwave them. Hello Chef Rose! This recipe is a sure hit! The dough is very delicious and my kids loved it. I do have a question though, how do you store the masi?
In the refrigerator though it will harden. They are usually best eaten fresh and do not keep well.
