Before my Busy Dad sesh 4 days a week I do thus warm up. No excuse. Thank you Iron Wolf, not just for this but bringing the burpee to me. Hated burpees till I learned the way. Love the IronWolf philosophy 👌 Respect, Peace, love and burpees
This and the cool down. It's been beneficial for doing the BDP.
BDP brothers!! What level is everyone at?
I’m a freshly-minted level 3, coming up on a year in the program in mid January
Using it every day now! Gotta keep
This 50 yr old machine ready for the fight.
I also do neck rotation or neck rolls in the warm up as well 😁
As an older guy that's still into my strength exercises I appreciate this warm up/stretch video. I've come to the realization that it's just as important To warm up and stretch to prevent injury. Thank you sir.

@@tomoconnor7451 thanks for editing and doing the noble work. I will take a screenshot of it for quick reference.
@@Kam27892 Thanks Mohammed. It's a good warm up. I've been sprinkling in a few other dynamic stretches. Iron Wolf on another level. I've been doing two sets of ten for each because it takes me longer to warm up.
I’ve been doing Iron Wolf workouts four-five days per week for about fifteen months now and I ALWAYS do the Iron Wolf warm up and cool down before and after every workout no matter what and I’ve yet to have the slightest injury. Do yourself a favor and always warm up and cool down. Take it from someone who’s in the 1000 burpee club and 500 navy seal club.
1:31 At the club like 😂😂😂
Nobody have to start workout without properly warm up. It’s a good way to avoid injuries and increase your performance.. Thanks Wolf for teaching and demonstrating your skills
Thank you,Wolf! Stay strong!
Awesome quick warm up!!!
Thanks for this new warmup routine!
Thanks!
Great warmup. I believe you made a similar video last year which I’ve been using before I exercise. It’s also fantastic for my pre archery warmup.
Thank you for the constant flow of content and inspiration. It’s truly appreciated. Salute to the Wolfpack 🐺
To avoid injury prevention everybody should warm up properly, Thanks to Wolf for demonstrating very important staff and sharing with us his knoweledge

Definate stretching is a must do b4 and after .
Yes! Thank you, Art sir. I really appreciate all your warmup and cool down/dynamic stretching videos. I use them seven days a week, sir! You are a great teacher by modeling these warmups. My wife also says thank you! Welcome to Rep City: Kazan! 🇷🇺

Thank You brother for a quick reminder 👍 Proper warm up helps me to hold clean form and faster and stabil pace from the beggining of workout. Stretching after and we are ready to fight for next day! Salute 🐺🌍
Much appreciated 💪

Bro awesome !!!!!!!! Thanks
Best warm up
Many thanks 🙏. Saved this
Thank you!
Thanks I needed this video for different warm upz after I start my work out 💪👊👊👊
Thank you
Timely as ever - I tore a muscle in my lower back a fortnight ago, then tore it again about four days later. Couldn't even put my socks on. But I'm back in the game with these essential warm-ups. Salute Wolfpack.
Thank you for the upload Gunney! Yet again top notch advice & guidance for free! I will buy some merch now to support this channel!
Stay: STRONG; motivated & Discipline Wolfpack!
Peace & Love!
seems really good warmup!
I will try this!
I couldn't even write it down quick enough lol.saved for sure...Thanks sir
I appreciate you for this video. Living in a square spaced apartment, I borrowed your exercises and modifying it to my own needs. For the military men like you, 'keeping it simple in summary' is a key. Great video.
Please do a longer version of this routine. Thank you.
Love this warm-up along with your warmup video from two years ago. Sometimes I run through these twice before a workout. I set my timer for 30 minutes and get up to do one round of this warm-up, every 30 minutes. So great to get the blood flowing by walking away from my desk and doing this warm-up. Would love to see a routine that is about 10 minutes warming up calves, ankles. Your other warm-up is about 20 minutes I think. All excellent though!
Thank you so much for this routine. Its now a daily necessity for me.
traditionally ive neglected this aspect to my detriment.
Many thanks 🙏🏻
you da man wolf!
Cool thanks for sharing👍 I will be doing the routine.
Man good warmup! Gonna start doing this for sure!
you inspire me! THX BRO
Thanks Art.
It's all military movements. Good work
Helpful warmups
I usually use the first method you showed us some times ago'.. but a reminder never hurts ... Well done
If only I'd have warmed up properly when I was younger...I wouldn't have half the issues I have now....unless it's just because I'm old 😁
😳
I'm rate there w/ you. Now days I warm-up for the warm-up.
Me too..
@@oldnatty61 Same as me...my warm up is 20 mins minimum and 15 mins stretching when I finish.
@@burpeesandbells Hey at least we continue to move forward.
Heard about chain breakers from your other warm up video. Man they feel good!
Still my go to!
Great content as always! Salute from an Army Fister.
Thanks for this Art
Good warm up
Good warm up I’ve been doing your routines now for 2 years straight 🤟that BK shirt too
Roger that Wolf 👊🙏✌️
thanks Art, my joints got more love for you now
nice one. just did this before i go walking/running
Real good👍
Thx dude
Excellent Content - thanks!👍
Every time I do high rep burpees I do this warm up. Thanks!
love it this is Perfect. SALUTE!!
I've learned the hard way about warm-ups. With burpees, the workout is so hard for me for about 30 reps if warm up is poor.. Warming up correctly means my first 30 burpees don't feel like the last 30. This channel is "the bollocks!"
Solid
You’re the man this is an excellent warm up.
Do you know about Hindu squats and Hindu pushups? I’ve been doing 50 each for warm ups before my workouts and I can honestly say it has absolutely helped my joint health and mobility.
Hindu squats can be really good for the knees, I've noticed
@@LARPANET_3087 I've heard that as well, but unfortunately, when I have tried them, I have knee pain. Especially my right knee, I get a tightness in the back of my knee and I can't straighten my leg for about 20 minutes.
@@marcd1981 Ooph, that sucks!
@@LARPANET_3087 It does, but there are plenty of alternatives to work my legs, so I'll use them.
I'm always warming up mu wrist and forearm 💪💪💪
Did it right along side you. I’m not in the July challenge but here’s what I’m doing today. 2 Mile Run
100 Burpees 100 Sit Ups (sets of 10 no rest, unless I consider sit ups the rest) then some weight training. Thanks wolf.
Did this one back to back just now with your other warmup(s)
only 3 min 15 sec of movement. do it, dudes. thanks, wolf!
yessir!
Excellent warm up
I do it slower, but I do it 😊
Would you mind showing us a good warm up routine for this warm up routine? I don’t want to get injured while warming up 😀
Like it... did it with ya, don't a gain in the am.... fast 5 min. Of my life sir❤
Muito obrigado, ótimo vídeo 👏👏👏Very good 👍👏👊
Can you show us a stretch routine for after our workouts?
Enthusiastically concur, Gunnery Sergeant; a muscle that is more limber is less prone to injury.
1:30 ... how you approach your crush !
I did this warm up before my July challenge today and my 100 2 pumps really was easy.
I had to change my mindset to warming up is working out. Going further I began to tell myself I have to "TRAIN" today. Training consists of warm up, workout, recover(cool down and stretch) so if I don't complete all 3 then I didn't complete my training. Even if I dont have time directly after working out I still aim to recover later in the day. Not ideal but better than no recovery.
Iron Wolf. That's one hella good Windmill thumbnail. Sir. White UK WolfPack. Day 7 in Fu*k everybody mode.
I get my shit together... Sir.
Highly useful video to say the Least.
