The problem with the smoothie is that you combined peels/skins/and seeds that aren't supposed to be consumed. Also you added milk which doesn't mix with sour fruits. I'm pretty sure it could have turned out really good.

Yellow thing that tasted like kiwi was a dragonfruit. They come in yellow and pink, and the yellow one is the sweeter variant. So you got two dragonfruits, although they taste so different they could honestly just be considered different fruits.

You cannot live off of Jackfruit, as it does not contain all of the essential amino acids.
Curious fact, carambola (the starfruit) can't be eaten by people with renal insufficiency due to a natural toxin (caramboxin). Naturally, people with kidney problems should avoid this fruit also due to the oxalic acid contained in it (as well as people with diabetes if you didn't consult your doctor).

I agree wholeheartedly. I may not know most of these fruits myself, but it should be common sense not to mix milk with sour fruits. Nor to mix in seeds, peels and skin. I am fairly certain some of these needed cooking first as well to remove some of their toxins and other taste/texture problems. If I tried to make such a smoothie, my first step would be to read up on the fruits I intend to use and their correct preparation.

When you are eating rambutan, just peel off the outer part since you aren't supposed to eat that, and eat the soft part inside and throw out the seed in it.
For the Jackfruit, you should boil the seeds and eat them, but jackfruit isn't really meant for the seeds but for those really soft and juicy parts. Unfortunately you did not get a seasoned one, but if you did, you would be eating it everyday XD.
For starfruits, you are supposed to eat seasoned ones since otherwise it will taste very watery. When it is green, it is sour and tasty. When it is yellow, its watery and stale.

Those exotic fruits are named: Rambutan(the hairy pokemon) , Golden dragonfruit(the yellow thingy), Red dragonfruit (the red thingy), and jack fruit (the almost 17 lb spiky big fruit)
He just tossed the most healthy and packed yet super tasty when it’s ripe Jackfruit. Cover it with paper and wait for it to get yum.

Another thing, Jackfruit is also the National Fruit of Bangladesh. I've seen people cut it by applying mustard oil in their hands because the skin is quite sticky and the green ones are used to make curry while the ripe ones can be eaten like any kind of fruit. It's a bit bitter and sour but with salt and some other spices, it tastes amazing.

Ok, I would have never put the squash in, except maybe the butternut after cooking it, and the persimmons should have ripened, at the stores they are almost always rock hard. They soften over the course of about a month and then they get super sweet and almost cinnamon pudding like. The jackfruit can be super tasty, but don't eat too much or else it will make your insides feel like they want to be outsides. The jackfruit was actually the flavor that juicy fruit gum was based off of I'm pretty sure. It's super messy of a fruit though. If you do use your hands to open it, you can wash your hands with some oil and salt and it comes off pretty easy. And who doesn't know that pickles are cucumbers lol😂😜 I think it could have been good without all the "fruits" that are normally seen as veggies.

Tomato is often confused as a fruit because the veggie is derived from fruit part of the plant, like peppers, cucumbers, pumpkins, eggplant etc. Almost every 'fruit or vegetable bearing plant' lives in stages, some depending on the seasons. Those plants grow and once it's mature before it can produce it's 'fruits' it requires a flower first that needs to be pollinized. That's why wild bees are so important. The edible parts we consume are the fruits of the plant. That is where the confusion comes from. These fruits in the wild usually also contain seeds that can grow another plant and that is how plant reproduce. Another fun fact: Olives are actual fruits not veggies.
