  • This is my first attempt at ever wrapping anything! In summary, motorcycles are hard af to wrap lol. I am re-uploading this video because the original was rendered with poor settings, making the footage less clear than it is. Also, the beats I used were way too bass heavy. Here are links to everything I used.

    Currently wrapping my 2020 kawasaki Ninja 400. Watching your videos helped me more than the hundreds ive watched the past 4 months to prepare myself.
    Tonight was definitely a struggle night for me, I had to take a break from it because I was getting so frustrated.
    Thank you for the videos, can't wait to watch the rest and continue to work on mine .

      I took ALL my fairings off, and im beginning to wonder if it would've been easier leaving some on because im wrapping my solo and only have my two arms. It's hard to keep a fairing in place with only one hand, and to wrap with the other .

      @@Hannah__710 I'm glad the videos helped! Coincidentally, I recently compiled all my wrap videos into a playlist. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I'm pretty good about replying to comments.

      @@Hannah__710 Yes, I know the struggle all too well! After my first wrap, I started leaving what I mounted in the bike, to get a majority if it wrapped, then remove it to finish it. I also would sometime use the wrap to get it to stick to a table to keep it a little more steady. I'll look for video showing what I mean

      what did you do to wrap the weird holes that look like vents in the fairings

      @DanOnBikes on the sides ?? I wrapped in sections and used 3m knifeless tape for cleaner cuts with overlapping vinyl!

      Welcome back! lol. Look for local "sign and banner" shops, or even in Facebook market place for vinyl decals. Tell em you have the material and just need it cut.

      Good luck! It's pretty difficult to do it well. I had to remove it after a few months, the mistakes just looked so bad

    Yoo wassup, how much foil did you used? 152cm x ?.
    I've recked my limited version and need to wrap my new bodykit.
    Nice work btw :)

      I bought more than I needed, incase of mistakes. For the white, I bought a 152x365 roll, and red was 152x152. I hope all is well despite the wreck!

    Yo how much did you did need for the whole bike?

    • @Master_Yoshi
      @Master_Yoshi  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      In white I bought a 5x12' roll, red, I bought 5x5', and had some left over. If doing in one color, you might be able to get away with a 5x10 roll, but you'd have to be very precise with your cuts and make no mistakes. To be on the safe side, I'd recommend 5x15'.

      @@Master_Yoshi yeah I planned on doin full gloss black but in the description it’s say motorcycles need 40sq ft, not sure how many rolls that is but I think that may b over kill

    • @Master_Yoshi
      @Master_Yoshi  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      40 square ft would be a 5x8ft roll, I think that'd be cutting it close. Maybe 5x12, but if it's your first time, you'll need extra to fix mistakes

    Do you know what "Queue the intro" means? It means get it ready in the studio. It does not mean to start playing it after you say it. This is such a common mistake TH-camrs make when they say it.

    • @Master_Yoshi
      @Master_Yoshi  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Cue, not queue. There is a difference, cue is not inaccurate. Thanks for trying to correct me though!
