I like your content and the thing you make but Raid Shadow ads are annoying as hell, The game looks like a Pay 2 Win and encourages gambling to minors and thats not cool
Hey man, Just wanted to say I've learned a lot from your videos about a hobby I intend to start in the very near future (resin projects). I really look forward to the bigger more involved projects you're describing. Even if that means you have to take little more time with them. Thanks for putting these up man.
The second piece should be a tray for your plate! Like a Breakfast In Bed fancy sort of tray! Which means no lathe work, but some nice hardware assembly; we haven't had that in awhile... (unless I missed a video) Edit: I really like this plate, it's pretty. Don't you call it rubbish!
It's 2 in the morning here in North Carolina and instead of sleeping I'm up watching TH-cam. Why? Nick Zammeti and his super wild funkadelic creations.
Make a serving tray out of the second piece. As for how long a project takes you, those of us that live what you do are still here & don't mind waiting. Also, only make something that you're proud of Nick. Don't make something just to make something for a video.
I'm going to introduce my 3yo daughter to NZ channel. Because he is honest, creative, individual, kind, thoughtful, courteous, respectful, and consistent in his atoms. Nick embodies certain legacy virtues that are diminished in today's society. Many people are no longer cognizant of virtue. NZ I love you. You're a role model for youthful hearts. Take strength from your good subscribers.
Really cool platter. For the OTHER what about a STAINED GLASS / wood WINDOW? To hang in a window that only gets morning sun since it has resin p.s. I stayed for the waffling so please consider my idea 😆 To add to my💡 add more wood to frame it out. Sand the resin off the wood. Add one more layer of clear resin with cheat glitter added in that final resin for shimmer effect. Or holographic window covering. BUT that looks best by itself with just clear resin so you get the prisms all over your walls Etc
When you’re coming to the end of a Zammeti Resin Marathon and think you have no more content left... then from the epoxy gods, this arrives! Love the work Nick as always 🙌🏻💪🏼
Couldn't sleep here in Denver Indiana, USA, and long behold 321 am a video from Nick. Makes not getting any sleep worth it. Missed seeing ya Nick. All your projects are worth watching!
Love it Nick, very funky as always! As much as I love seeing a project from you each week, I totally support the idea of projects coming out less often so it gives you more time to work on something really funky
I always love your videos. Personally, I think the less frequent video schedule is ok, as it really seems you’re not rushed through to finish a project to get the next one going so you can post your next video. I’ll still watch every one! ;). Thanks so much. That’s a great project. I love the “floaty” platter.
For a little nothing project, it looks pretty damn good. I wouldn't mind if you put out projects every other week, if you think that would help your creativity.
@@MonkeyJedi99 both ideas are good. recharging the energy it takes to make stuff and also expanding your art techniques are wonderful to do. of course, you can do one or the other or both by looking up other ideas to make.
Oi Mr ,you don't make Rubbish projects Nick ..I love everything you do ..was so excited to see you had posted this morning ..I'm always telling people to watch your channel..have a great weekend too 👍
Nick you should go to your local art supply store and purchase several bottles of sparkle dust or flakes to add to your projects. It could really enhance them significantly
An idea for the unfinished "floating squares" blank. Mount it on the lathe, and make the surfaces all smooth, leave the shape that rectangle shape, and mount stainless steel drawer pulls on each of the 2 shorter sides, as a sort of serving platter for sweets, desserts, or even a cheese platter for serving cheese when hosting a party. Then you'll have a matching "saucer" that is the opposite, yet matching..Maybe to put a teapot on the saucer, to go with the cheese, or deserts on the platter?
I definitely like the idea of keeping the shape intact! I love the lathe, but not everything should go on it. We lose so much range; Nick is a talented man, he shouldn't limit his gorgeous projects to one tool.
I love how this turned out!!! Whether you do something big or small, it is fun to watch the process and hear the waffle after! Don't down play any project you put up!! Take breaks when you need. We all need time to reenergize. And nobody wants a stressed out Nick! Thanks, as always, for another good video. Have a nice weekend!
The epoxy colors you used for both of those projects would make for an awesome chess/checkerboard. Especially with that 'waffle' board framing for the squares.
It's perfectly normal for TH-cam creators to start off gang busters, then find a need to pull back a bit from time to time so their creative juices can refresh and renew. Creativity is not on a time clock. 😉
I love the colors on this one. Maybe make something like a chessboard, or something along those lines for the other one? The plate also doesn't have to be a platter either. It can maybe be a cover for a wall light? Either of these could be a clock face. All I know is these are cool!
It turned out beautiful! Add handles onto the square one and make a table tray or serving tray.....they are pretty popular. Whatever you do will be great.
Nick, my 9yo said I have to comment and tell you how much she loves watching your videos. She says you "rank a 100 out of 10" And this is one of those kids that watches videogame playthroughs. She happily stops to watch you turn resin and wood. Thank you so much for being you and not changing based on what might be more comfortable for people who can't handle the waffle.
Nick, there are so many possibilities with the second piece. I like the idea of a serving tray, or a lid for a jewelry box, but I also think it’s so gorgeous, as is, it would look great cleaned up and hung on a wall as a colorful window frame. Beautiful conversation piece. Good luck! I know you’ll find just the thing to turn it into.
I really like this one. I say absolutely do another but deeper. I noticed that the clearer resin that settled at the top made it look more like it was very cool. Would have made a cool lid. The CNC, what a machine. Wish I had one. Are they expensive?
I REALLY like how both turned out. The finished plate is really lovely and could be used to empty a persons pockets at the end of the day-wallet, keys, loose change. Thanks Nick, Im looking forward to seeing the video for the other 'squares' project!
I would have just cleaned it up without making it to a round shape and used it as a hot board or a cutting board. But I love it just how you did it cannot wait for the next time.
"[Y]ou don't make cool things without making rubbish things first. And sometimes the rubbish things turn out to be cool anyway." I need to use that mindset more...
Make the square thing into a hors d'oeuvres tray/plate, cheese, biscuits, dried fruit, that sort of thing. Finish the sides with a polished brass frame and polished brass handles on either end.
Goodnight sir, Im in Central Oregon Coast and hitting the hay as well.. crazy that 2 PNW are watching the same video at the same time about someone half across the world..
The way the light shows through the resin in that plate is gorgeous. I look forward to seeing what you do with the other piece because I liked the resin colours on that one even better :)

I have been with you from the beginning, Just take your time and do what you do. Your true follower's understand. You always make me smile and I love everyone of your pieces. Keep on bub!
I think this platter is so cool! It doesn't always have to be a bowl or a huge project to be something stunning. Maybe make a square platter with the second one? Nice job. 💜

I tune in for all your videos, not matter what you make. I enjoy watching and the waffling is part of that. The platter is great, love the colors. Can't wait to see what you do with the other half.
I think the piece you have left is lovely as is. I like the way the colored resins mute the starkness of the wood. It almost looks like something you could display on a wall.
Large quality projects take time--no rush. I'm looking forward to seeing your next big one! These little ones in between are fun! Thanks for sharing them.
I'm imagining the rectangular one at the end with the small square/rectangular openings in the wood with those depressions with eyeshadow pans FILLED with various colors of eyeshadow. This was a really cool project with a beautiful outcome.
Nick!!! Great to see you back on the Tube with a new video!!! A suggestion for the other blank...smooth it all around (Sand, Seal, Yorkshire Grit, Shellawax) and make a frame for it. Then hang it on the wall! After all, it really is a work of art!

I bet that second blank could make a cool serving tray/desk tray! I love how the first one came out! It kinda looks like a frisbee but way cooler! Great work!!
Thank you for slowing down and doing projects that make you happy. you do such fun things and inspire me. I love this 'Cookie' platter you made. it's fun but useful. Waffle On.

Yes that would be awesome. I thought a small end table but the tray would look sweet.
That was the idea I had, too.
yes I agree or as I said could make it a rectangular tray
Absolutely I had the same thought

This sounds pretty! It would be nice to see something stay intact, too
That’s what I was thinking too.
Reminded me of stained glass art that hangs in a well lit window too. My grandmother made stained glass window hangers.
I think it's BEAUTIFUL!!!! Wouldn't know what to do with it, but it is BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Woke up at 242 am to see this beauty waiting to be viewed. I watched it before going back to sleep. Kentucky, usa

Even when you use actual rubbish in a project it’s never rubbish, always great Nick, waffle on brother!!!
Thank you brother
The fact that it starts as rubbish and goes to treasure is the key.
I want to give you a compliment for taking care of your hands. No dirty nails!!
Never stop waffling. We love you and your show.
Love it Nick, very funky as always! As much as I love seeing a project from you each week, I totally support the idea of projects coming out less often so it gives you more time to work on something really funky
I would love to see you make an art piece from the second casting, like frame it as if it's a painting. Put some LED behind it and hang it on a wall.
i thought it would be good to slice it in half again and use the bits to make matching cupboard doors.
Me: it’s 1:00am I should get some sleep
Nick: I have a new video about squares!
