    Hey!!! 👋🏼👋🏼 I'll be 34 at the end of march and i am down 62lbs since starting my weightloss journey AGAIN last year in july. I lost 40lbs before the pandemic but gained it all back when everything shut down and i lost motivation. Thanks for sharing your advice and tips with us!! ❤

    30 is still young! When you're late 30s you'll wish you were turning 30 trust me.
    Also I was 206 lbs at 5'2 so that is obese for someone whose 5'2, I currently weigh 139lbs , my goal is 119 llbs. i have lost 67 lbs. I started loosing weight in 2023. I have lost 67 lbs in a year and 2 months. This is what helped me:
    I did not diet, I calorie counted using my fitness paypal I stayed in a calorie deficit. I ate 1200 cals daily because for my height that is what i needed to loose weight, if you are taller it will be more. I also fasted I did 16:8 I would not eat 16 hrs and I would eat in an 8 hour window. So I would stop eating at 9pm, and then I would eat the next day at 1pm. Then a couple months ago I started doing adf which is not for the weak. I would eat one day one day no. I would eat and then not eat for 36 hrs and then after the 36 hrs I would eat. I also exercied 4x week and that was enough to loose the lbs, I did not do anything crazy and now I still have 20 lbs to loose and im adding more exercises and going to eat more protein to loose the final 20, because protein helps you burn more fat.
    Also only loose 1-2 lbs weekly more than that will cause loose skin. In order to avoid loose skin don't loose weight too fast and fasting helps prevent loose skin. If you hit a plateau change something, that way you can overcome the plateau. When you start counting calories you will realize and be amazed how much we eat and how much calories things have, its legit crazy. Also I receommed eating greens I take bloom it helps you digest food and with bloating, and take vitamins.
    Another thing it is good youre starting at 30, the more you wait the more chances for loose skin, because if you try loosing weight at say 38 your collagen is not going to be as high and you will be more likely to have loose skin on your neck and body trust me start now while you are still young and the likelihood of loose skin will be smaller.
    YOU ARE YOUNG YOU CAN DO THIS. Do not do surgeries or take short cuts you can do this naturally like I have and you will be so proud when you accomplish this. Surgeries is the easy way out. You have a beautiful face and you'll look amazing once you reach your goal.

    My sister breaks out when she drinks too, she stopped drinking as much. I am also allergic to almost everything and it’s frustrating.

    You need a mind set shift for living a healthy life style. I also think you should be more strict with the items you’re allergic too. Eating dairy can cause inflammation and stubborn to lose belly fat. You can read books or listen to audio books about mind set shifts. Haven’t read any but just a suggestion

      NO! Do not get no gastric sleeve! I see so many women hospitalized with so much issues that are everlasting after the sleeve!

      Because you keep being very indecisive. If you want to take the island burn the boat, if you serious about your health, if you’re serious about living if you serious about wanting to be your best self than nothing, nothing is that too good you can’t give it up so if you have to give cheese up, give the cheese up if you have to give up dairy so be it. you need to get focus, stop finding excuse stick to your plan and go for it

      I don’t believe I’m indecisive, I know what I am choosing to give up and the plan I’m sticking to which you failed to mention, and I also know where I am giving myself grace since it’s a rapid change in my diet.

      Foolish advice where not eating carbs are concerned. Fasting is good advice though.

      I’ll be fasting! When I’m ready to introduce meat, I will. Until then, I have other means of getting my protein, iron, etc., that just weren’t mentioned 😊.

      when you're 61 (my age) I will ask you if your insulin resistant, pre-diabetic or flu blown type 2 diabetic. keep eating those carbs and that's where you'll be. @@candyw3991

      I ate all the carbs I wanted and lost 67 lbs it is not about what you eat it's about being in a calorie deficit!!!!!!
