Proof Eucharist is body of Jesus Christ and Virgin Mary is his mother.
48I am the bread of life.
49Your ancestors ate the manna in the desert, but they died;z
50this is the bread that comes down from heaven so that one may eat it and not die.
51I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world.”a
52The Jews quarreled among themselves, saying, “How can this man give us [his] flesh to eat?”
53Jesus said to them, “Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you.
54Whoever eats* my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him on the last day.
55For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink.
56Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in him.
57Just as the living Father sent me and I have life because of the Father, so also the one who feeds on me will have life because of me.b
58This is the bread that came down from heaven. Unlike your ancestors who ate and still died, whoever eats this bread will live forever.”

We never have to ask if God or bible is real, they're both consciously understood by millions of people. The determination is the psychological significance and most importantly, the origin path.
What we all research from reality means everything in the cultures and cult of personalities we've accumulated on planet earth for "Authority importance".

Hey Mikaila. I agree with your Dad. I had attended church nearly my entire childhood and adult life but stopped going because it felt fake and contrived. Almost like a production every Sunday morning. Also the people weren’t that friendly. Almost like they may be a little closer to God than myself. That why I stopped going . I don’t think our creator meant for it to be that way .

A lady went to the pastor and said...
"I won’t be attending church here anymore."
He said, "May I ask why??"
She said, "I see people on their cell phones during the service. Some are gossiping, some just aren’t living right and they are all hypocrites."
The pastor got silent and said, "Ok... but may I ask you to do something for me before you make your final decision?"
    She said, "What’s that?"
He said, "Take a full glass of water, walk around the church two times and don’t let any water fall out of the glass."
She said, "Yes, I can do that."
She came back a few minutes later and said, “It’s done."
He then asked her three questions:
    1. Did you see anybody on their phone?
    2. Did you see anybody gossiping?
    3. Was anybody living wrong?
She said, "I didn’t see anything because I was so focused on the glass so the water wouldn’t spill out.”
He told her, "When you come to church you should be just that focused on God. That’s why Jesus said 'Follow me.' He did not say follow Christians.
***Don’t let your relationship with God be determined by how others respond to God. Let it be determined by how focused YOU are on God."

Come to church…. Go to church? What/ who is the church? Is it not the people redeemed by Jesus? The true hypocrite is the one who rightly sees the sin of their sisters and brothers and does not seek to restore them to God by the victory and good news of Jesus.
The Church is the world’s community of believers chosen by the Father, redeemed by Jesus, committed to God AND to one another by the power of the Holy Sprit
As a believer, I’m unavoidably focused on God, not by my own doing, but by His. As a believer I’m unavoidably focused on His people, not by my own doing, but by His.
The church of Jesus is a beautiful and miraculous redeemed people. Not a building where we pretend like we have saved ourselves. I would say that if you find yourself posturing or pretending while around the people that can most identify with the struggle against sin, you will need to repent of pride and examine if you are indeed in the faith.

I agree, the bible warns us of false preachers and many corrupt the word of God. If you see a pastor doing this then its wise to find a church who does their best to teach what’s in the bible. Once you start reading it, no one can fool you with falsehoods.

As a Christian, faith is a JOURNEY to SANCTIFICATION (=purification), this is an individual journey, a personal journey, and a journey that doesn't end in mastery nor perfection, in the best scenario it ends in full humble surrender.
If you want proof for believing, you'll find it; same goes for wanting proof for not believing, you'll find that too. The point of needing a Savior is knowing yourself in need of one, staying always humble, never prideful of either knowledge, skill nor accomplishment; because His salvation cannot be earned it's a life-long journey to accept this "free gift", humbly. Accepting this gift, this unmerited favor, IS the "challenge". Our human struggle lies in this journey of accepting the free gift of pure LOVE that God is offering all of us; to really stop believing/trying "our best" to deserve it. Fact is we don't and we can't deserve it, ever; because it cannot be earned, so no one can boast. It only has to be believed, to fully believe more in His Love for us than in our abilities. It's through ruthless trust, faith, and hope in our belief in Him, not in ours nor in others. How? Through diving deep into seeking, investigating if you will, to get to know Him, but it's a relationship you'll be searching for, not just a random list of facts to believe. It's a life-long search of getting to know Him and His truth, it's all written down in a book, the Bible, this is still the best way we get to know Him. I personally think that knowing Him is loving Him. By getting to know Him, His story we can develop a close RELATIONSHIP, a personal relationship, a one on one, as one with your father, mother, brother, even as your best friend; because it is written in the Bible that He did call us His friends and there's no better friend than one that has already laid His life for your eternal salvation. The price of this "free gift" for us was high, the highest, it took blood, His blood, His life... Once you understand it, The best love story ever told is Jesus' death on the cross for you, for all of us. I pray and hope we all get to understand it better every day, best during your lifetime, but it's even offered up until our very last breath... No greater love ... 🙏🏻❤️
      Resources:
•I use The Life Application Study Bible NIV. I've always used this Bible as my go to, (for 27 years now); though I do read other translations when I research. I like this particular Bible best, among many other features, my favorites are; it has explanations in the beginning of each chapter, vital statistics; who was the author, when, it has the chronological order of the Bible events on the top of each chapter. On the first pages it also has a Chronology of Bible and World Events; which I found very useful. At the bottom of each page it has detailed explanations of most verses, it feels like a Bible study where you get the insights of Bible scholars. It also has maps and many other resources, too many to list here. I also frequently use www.biblegateway.com where anyone can find most if not all Bible translations online and other resources, tips on how to read the Bible etc.
•I'm a visual person and I have enjoyed and loved watching The Biblical story of Jesus' life in the series The Chosen, you can download either The Chosen App or Angel Studios App on your phone and watch all 3 seasons, so far 12/2023, 4th season coming up on 02/2024. It covers Jesus' life from birth until his death, there will be 7 seasons total, you can get all the details in The Chosen App, included behind the scenes videos that detail how this series got started. I will say here is that it has been the most successful Crowd-Funded project to date and they have a panel of Bible scholars that they consult with to stay true to the Biblical story; thus the reason they decided to choose crowdfunding, to control the content. *Recently it has been added to Prime as well, but you don't get all the extras there.

    • @STak-ju7gx
      @STak-ju7gx ปีที่แล้ว

@@acidspaz4252 hmmm...the ask and recieve part has a context of God's house and the spirit. God is not necessarily telling people to ask for a new car or pair of jeans. At least the verse of this character that I am looking at follows with sending the comforter to the asker.
Now, there is also the part of predetermininism, which is a concept that you show an erroneous understanding of, at least within the context the Bible presents it. In the context of the Bible, God's predestination is the way through which evil will be defeated and all of creation would be restored back to incorruptibility. God has also allowed for the free will of humanity in this process of restoration. So while we live our lives, we may choose God and be instruments of restoration or we may be completely opposite or we may just be about our business. However, each choice is a choice and will have several different outcomes, which God in His infinite wisdom already knows. However, since we are finite and not infinitely wise, we don't know what are the best choices or sequence of events and what they may or may not mean. Therefore, an immature prayer will be one to demand a selfish/self pleasing outcome, but a more mature prayer will be one that submits to the will of God for the greater purpose. You will want to note that, even in the Bible, Jesus, who was God become flesh also prayed. Why did He do this when He could just as well as commanded or do whatever He wanted? Jesus also cried and wished he would be spared the suffering of the cross, yet He followed it up with a submission the the purpose of God. Why is this? While the answers to this will require a lot of writing, I will suggest that it does show that your concept of this issue, comes from mistaken assumptions that are not based on the context from which you should have based them on, and perhaps, from a very limited understanding of the whole topic and very narrow application of it based on that limitted understanding.
If you think I'm just making it up, take the example of Isreal in the OT. God promised them/destined them for a land. There was all the miracles of bringing them our of slavery in Egypt, yet due to choices and prayers that were largely centered on more instant gratification than the greater purpose, a whole generation wondered about aimlessly and just living their lives until the next generation's choice was directed to God's will. In the Bible, the Old Testament is always a picture and that was a picture of God's will, our prayer, and our choice, which is reflected in our prayer. So, when we pray, the main goal is not to get favorable outcomes or get shiny objects, or to change the course of history or whatever, the objective of prayer is to commune with God, and offer our choice in alignment with His will for the greater purpose. Therein lies faith, because we don't know the intricacies of it all, yet we have faith that come rain or sunshine, good or evil, etc. If our choices, our prayers were ones that allowed for God's will, then the eventual result is ultimate good.
However, we are not always perfect and I totally pray to find that pretty blouse when I get back to the store. But that's also OK because as long as we pray from a pure heart and a mind set on God's will, the Bible does say the spirit actually prays in our prayer for what is more fitting because we don't know what we should really pray for. So for a Christian, prayer is a necessary exercise in communing with God. God already knows that our scope of understanding and maturity is limitted, but a baby must babble before s/he talks, so the Christian must pray and continue to pray whether or not the prayer is immature or have some maturity.
I'll also add that God does say that He has allowed a level if objectivity to this world. So He allows the rain to fall on everyone and the sun to shine on everyone, so a believer cannot expect to pray away everything that should be a normal occurrence in life. If a believer, prays away every unpleasant situation, I don't even know if you like us as is, but I'll dare say we will be more unpleasant. So God's answering of prayers is with His infinite wisdom and we trust in His infinite wisdom.
So I hope this is helpful and provides a context. The context is important because it gives proper meaning to the verse. Imagine a world, and let's say you do believe in God, then in a world were he grants whatever is asked insiscriminatory, without wisdom and a purpose, there will be chaos everywhere than the chaos we are accustomed to. Hence, God is also wise in answering prayers and also left a pattern in the Bible for the true meaning of prayer.
So even if this answer may not be your cup of tea, at least you will know that we in one shape or form have an understanding of prayer and why we pray, that differs from your concept of it and that's why most will find your objection to be out of place. It will be like objecting to how Starbucks make their sandwiches because your understanding of sandwich is subway. Most customers will recognize that Starbucks never even claimed to offer subway sandwiches in the first place.

Atheism is a nonsensical and illogical assumption made without any evidence 💯. AMEN 🙏 ❤️ 👊. This has nothing to do with the video but please listen if you want to otherwise leave it alone and ignore it. Hello my name is Justin and I'm a Christian and Apologist but I'm also a 23 year old college graduate. I'm not a closed minded Theist as I have nothing against Atheists or unbelievers as I speak to them often to understand their reasons for unbelief but we as Christians are convinced of God's Existence due to many real factors). I'm not trying to convert anyone or convince anyone to become Christians as that's The Holy Spirit's job to help people believe but only explain why I believe in Jesus Christ. There's actually evidence of God's Existence in Christianity. First of all there's proof that Jesus of Nazareth existed in history since the writings of Tacitus, Josephus Flavius, Pliny the younger and other historical documents prove that He was living two thousand years ago that even scholars both religious and Atheists agree with historically speaking but not that He's The Divine Son of God because obviously they don't.
I'm going to give you historical and archeological evidence for God's Existence as The Scriptures have prophecies that predate the events recorded in them by several millennia including Matthew, Hosea and Zechariah which prophesy accurately of the people of Israel becoming a nation again after over 1900 years of being scattered around the nations since the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem in 70 A.D. spoken of by Christ in Matthew 23:29-24:3 and returning to their homeland after The Holocaust with Jerusalem as their capital in 1948 exactly as Jesus The Christ said. The prophets including Daniel spoke of the time where several world empires would arise and fall including the Babylonian kingdom, Medes and Persians, Roman Empire, and Saladin and the Muslims which went in consecutive order for the past few millennia. The people of Israel becoming a nation after The Holocaust in 1948 (ironically the melting point of gold as God compares Israel to gold that's tested in fire in Zechariah 13:8 and Jeremiah 16:15) exactly how Jesus The Christ said would happen since God us everything to come in The Scriptures and not just because people were working towards as Atheists claim which are impossible for any regular man to predict.
Just before anyone says Christianity is a white man's religion made to oppress blacks during slavery you obviously aren't aware that the first Christians were Jews in The Middle East and that Christianity just like any religion can be used by evil and corrupt people to oppress others but you forget that the first Abolitionists/Civil Rights activists were Christians who sought to abolish slavery, racism, segregation, injustice and prejudice throughout American history. Jesus The Christ loves you enough not to give you what we all deserve which is God's Wrath by His Own Blood. Charles Darwin didn't originally come up with The Theory of Evolution over 200 years ago as it is mentioned in the writings of Ancient Greeks who believed in Demons that gave knowledge to philosophers.
Evolution makes no sense when nothing has evolved after thousands of years of human history and supposedly the first creature came from primordial sludge several millions of years
ago funny how they won't believe that God an Eternal Almighty Spirit Being created us from the Earth) which came from a supermassive expansion of matter at high temperature that inexplicably created everything in the known universe that supposedly came from nothing billions of years ago. How did the organs evolve before there were bones, skin, substance and how did any creatures see before eyes evolved? I've studied evolution and abiogenesis in the past and read Darwin's " On The Origin of Species" and I'm not convinced of Macro Evolutionary biology but I'm convinced of Micro Evolutionary biology such as speciation and adaptation because there's no evidence of it nor clear observable examples of macro Evolution where living creatures evolve into other kinds of species plus the fact that fossils don't show evidence of evolution and genetic entropy rules out evolution. The question begs how did two genders evolve from a common ancestor with a perfectly hospitable and sustainable environment with breathable oxygen and resources to survive on inexplicably? Atheists have the burden of proof to explain how everything came to be and why our existence is possible without the Existence of God from an godless perspective just as Christians have to provide evidence of God's Existence and the validity of His Word.
Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. Mark Ridley an Evolutionist said "No evolutionist whether gradualist or punctuationist uses the fossil record as evidence in favor of The Theory of Darwinian Evolution as opposed to special Creation". God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus.

She said, "I see people on their cell phones during the service. Some are gossiping, some just aren’t living right and they are all hypocrites."

It's a sad thing to witness actually. That people cannot let go of their pride and sense of control over this life. Because we are eternal beings and that makes what we do and believe here, all that more important. Mrs. Peterson is the wise one. She can see the larger picture. This isn't a diss on Jordan because he's done a lot of good. But what is the good for? What's the end goal? Where does he picture spending eternity and with who?

For those saying we shouldn't leave church because of imperfect people...
Church is also supposed to be a place to heal and learn. If you feel a doctor isn't giving you the right attention you need, you will go and find a better doctor. If you feel like your child isn't being taught good things in school or isn't getting proper attention from teachers, you'll switch schools if given the option.
Why should church be treated differently?

Mikhaila the Catholic Church is the only Church which existed at the time of Christ and His apostles. They've found in writing a reference to the Catholic Church in 107AD by St Ignatius of Antioch.
The Catholic Church has stood strong 2000 years in the face of persecution and slaughter especially prior to 350AD. It stands today because of Christ's promise to protect his Church and guide it through His Spirit. Her teachings have remained unchanged since Christ. All other churched are man made and differ on opinion depending on the Pastor or the individuals personal interpretation of Scripture.
I pray that you go to Chruch with your mum and ask Christ to reveal His true presence in the Holy Eucharist 🙏🙏

Since then, for 15 years, I've been studying and translating the bible and getting knowledge about origin and history of church, religion and bible.

That's not true at ALL 🤔. Christ Himself is older than The Catholic Church and Catholicism isn't Christianity obviously. Professor Jordan Peterson's daughter Mikhailia Peterson is a very intelligent Christian lady and she's HOT ASFLIP 🥵🔥❤️.
I don't mean this is any condescending manner but if you'd like to discuss The Scriptures with me or have me listen to your view on anything my instagram account is Savage Christian Kombatant.

@@joakimmoller it means “universal” or “whole”. Dude what are you even talking about. If the Catholic Church was going against the teachings of God in the Bible, then why would they include these books IN the Bible that supposedly disprove their legitimacy and contradict the church? That would be an idiotic way to create doctrine. You know it was literally the Catholic Church that put together the Bible over hundreds of years through many councils and lots of discussion. Make it make sense.
Just because Jesus doesn’t quote them, doesn’t mean that they are not considered divine-inspired or even apocrypha. These specific books that I think you are talking about are known as deuterocanonicals.
So you are saying that the Holy Spirit gave you Bible verse after Bible verse against the Catholic Church’s teachings, which is the entity that established the Bible you know of?
Catholics don’t believe that the Bible contradicts itself. And we believe the Bible that the early church put together for the world to follow the teachings of Christ.
To your point though, Catholics do teach that we should repent and pray directly to God. Because we, ya know, believe the Bible.

You keep mentioning the Bible, but even you as a prot accept the *authority* of the Catholic Church when you accept the NT canon. The Catholic Church decided which books belong in the NT, and then compiled the Bible and gave it to the world.
You claim to have done all kinds of studying yet you don’t even know how many books are in the Bible. You claim Catholics have “77” books, but we know there are *73* books in it. We’ve never claimed there are “77.”
You claim Jesus was “against” what you call the “apocrypha” (correct term is Deuterocanonical), but there is absolutely nothing-nothing at all-that supports that wild claim. The man that you follow removed eight books from the OT, and *added to* Scripture, which is expressly forbidden.
You need to repent for your calumny against Christ’s One True Church that He established. Only the Catholic Church can trace its roots all the way back to St Peter in an *unbroken line of succession* of popes.

Everyone just reads a translation of the bible in their own language (particularly English) and interprets it however they like. Many seem to believe that anyone can be a biblical scholar without thorough studying. I personally think that all religious people should have a personal relationship with their religious texts, but ultimately creed, rituals and religious laws should be interpreted and taught by professional scholars that dedicate their lives to this pursuit. Similar to how science and other fields of study, should and often is treated by society.

But intertwined in that is performing works of mercy, both spiritual and corporal, for other people and serving them because my faith wills the good of all. Everyone’s actions effects each other in one way or another. It may not be obvious but will be made known at the end of time. Would you say to a parent: why are you worrying about feeding and clothing your child? Just worry about feeding and clothing yourself? Of course not. We are responsible in both what we do and what we fail to do. If we fail to help our neighbors we will be held accountable, which in turn will only hurt myself as well. So it does both. I mean, think about your question. You’re asking me: “Why aren’t you selfish?” Isn’t that a silly question? Surely you don’t believe being selfish is a good quality….?

The reason why it’s the highest greatest worship is we are not only offering the sacrifice of praise, but the actual sacrifice of Jesus to the Father- the perfect sacrifice, he alone was the perfect love … it’s not abou us, it’s about God, in turn the Father gives back his Son yo us in Holy communion, to be with us on our journey here on earth every week some people go every day until we make it to heaven… it helps us to overcome every battle, temptation & persecution.

11 And every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. 12 But when Christ[b] had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God, 13 waiting from that time until his enemies should be made a footstool for his feet. 14 *For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.*

I love this approach to religion. It doesn’t have to be perceived as “real” to have value. It just needs to be perceived as true. It’s packed with pure wisdom traced back from thousands of years ago, most of which still applies today. Not to mention, it‘s very useful to uphold and practice a specific moral code.
To me, the best message I’ve gotten from the Bible is that we don’t have to subscribe to all the superficial ideologies the world promotes in order to be a good person. In fact, doing so often stands in the way of developing a true understanding of what really matters in life. It’s taught me to think for myself, and to not dwell on petty issues, when I could be doing so much good for the world by ignoring all of the BS and simply helping those in need.

    • @Novarcharesk
      @Novarcharesk ปีที่แล้ว

In my mind, it entirely debases religion. It must be seen as real to be valuable to any religious person. Otherwise, why would you ascribe to that religion and not another one?
If the teachings are worth the time, then that is simple another brand of ideology, which isn’t a criticism, but it should be seen in the same light as conservatism or socialism.
But that isn’t as sexy as being told how to live by an omnipotent deity.

I and even my doctor couldn’t understand anything he has had to say in all those years. Being single, working and low income not at first afraid to talk with anyone, I was drummed out of the cub scouts. The soccer coach, one everyone admired, came to my door drunk wanting…I hate to think what. Moms in the parking lot would snub me. Another priest, Our old family priest, tried to feel me up when I turned to him for counseling in deciding to accept a marriage proposal. I sacrificed 10 years socially isolated dealing with these hypocrites and sexual offender. I’ve tried two other Catholic Church masses. I miss mass terribly yet the community and priesthood turns me entirely off. I’ll never go back. All this has nothing to do with my relationship with God.

I don't mean this is any condescending manner but if you'd like to discuss The Scriptures with me or have me listen to your view on anything my instagram account is Savage Christian Kombatant.

Very eye opening to learn that so much of what we were taught about Christianity is taken out of context, and meant for the specific groups of people in those times, and no longer apply to us after the cross. I like the tradition and community of church, but it wasn’t meant to be a classroom with a teacher who gets paid and in a specific building, but rather an open discussion and shared meal.
