Coonoor, nestled in the Nilgiri Hills of Tamil Nadu, India, exudes a serene charm with its lush greenery, rolling tea estates, and a pleasantly cool climate. Situated at an altitude of about 1,850 meters above sea level, this hill station offers a refreshing escape from the heat and bustle of the plains.
    Places to visit:
    1. Sim's Park: This botanical garden is a major attraction known for its unique collection of plants, flowers, and trees. Established in 1874, Sim's Park is beautifully landscaped with winding paths, manicured lawns, and rare species of plants from around the world.
    2. Dolphin's Nose Viewpoint: Located about 10 kilometers from Coonoor town, Dolphin's Nose offers spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding hills, tea estates, and Catherine Falls cascading down in the distance. The viewpoint is named after its resemblance to a dolphin's nose.
