The reason to why the outer part of the motor in the corner is because in there are magnets which 3 phase synchronous voltage runs through to make it turn. (Outer part is casing and inner part is the sheave).
I have a question about Köne frequency converters. Тhe elevator shown in the video is equipped with a KDM-40 frequency converter. Аnd in what cases are V3F25 converters installed? I noticed that the same winches, for example MX18, are equipped with KDM and V3F ** frequency converters, what does it depend on?
The reason the governor isn't a proper KONE branded one is most likely as their governors weren't actually the best and quite meh in quality and reliability. I am not 100% sure on this info but this is something I have heard about in the past.
