    imagine a country so small that offers such an abundance of landscape, architectural and cultural richness that a lifetime is not enough for you to see it all, so diverse from each other and unique with their personal taste and personality. In this video you have seen just some of them. Now think that Italy has been at the center of the Mediterranean, fusing the cultures of two different continents for thousands of years, as a welcome door or a goodbye one. Italy experiences long dominating phases (i.e. roman empire) or being dominated several times in history from many others, always giving to the other culture, keeping or leaving something to everyone, for hundreds of years doctors, artists and travelers came to Italy for their trip of a lifetime.. Italy has it all, a fantastic climate, warm people, wealth, art, creative abilities, a high-level industry that projects itself to be a power in the world, up und down but always there during the history. Italians have extraordinary taste and ability that often attract envy but also love and curiosity from all over the world. Italy has been a cultural center and will be so for a long time. and all this without mentioning for a moment its gastronomy, which everyone loves and is considered the best and richest in the world.

    I'm Italian and I love my country but the truth is that beauty is everywhere, and more time goes on, more I know places, more I realise how true is this.
    Turning back to Italy, the "luck" is that despite its relatively small size, it has everything, in terms of nature and from a cultural and historical point of view.
    In Italy you can discover all the civilisations who have followed one another from the Neolithic to the modern day (I'm not saying this because I'm biased, the Italian historical-artistic-cultural heritage is beyond comparison).

  • @MotherGoose264
    @MotherGoose264 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +23

    I am belgian, I've travelled much of the globe and found beauty on all continents and nations bit still i will retire in northern Italy , near Firenze ( Florence), Tuscany. A decision i made in my early 20s after visiting the country a few times. I am 45 now and we are almost done renovating our little house in Italy. It took a lot of sacrifice , working every holliday in the last decade, but it is worth it. It is our own slice of heaven now. ✌️❤️🇮🇹
    To answer your question, no it is not just for the rich. In my experience anyone is free to come and enjoy the beauty. But it is common sense that you respect local culture and traditions. In my case that is not hard because that is one of the reasons i love it so much : The people 😊
    Ps: i dont really consider Brazil the 3rd world. You guys are not exactly a small economy, the country is not backward and more important than you feel. Get some more confidence, besides football 😂, plenty of (over)confidence there😂. I ve travelled a lot and there are many worse places. Dont compare yourself to europe as it is now. It is bad for your selfasteem and isnt really fair. People in Europe have also seen hard times, war, poverty and starvation are not that far in the past. It took literally blood sweat and tears of several generations to get to where we are now. I'm saying there is hope for, you ll get there. And dont forget europe has many issues to deal with as well, we are not perfect. But by all means take note of what we did right and what we did wrong and try to use whatever you can to move Brazil forward.

Europe has very diverse climate and Italy itself is very diverse internally, you will find the cold places in Italy too, be assured, but surely not on the coasts of Southern Italy in summer time 🙃 I suppose you are Brazilian, and look, you have a WONDERFUL territory too, the only problem is that it was really ruined by the human intervention, as basically only horrible concrete jungles were built there 😢 I hope that economical growth gives you the chance to redesign and rebuild your cities and give value to your beautiful country again!

    don't be too surprised about the weather and don't expect only cold climate in the entirety of europe ...
    the south of brazil extends roughly to 30+ degrees south of the equator while southern europe (eg sicily in italy) starts around 35 degrees north of the equator. of course, europe then extends a lot to the north, even to north of the northern polar circle where it can have permanent night in the winter and permanent day in the summer (as you saw in another reaction). but quite often the temperatures and whether you find snow depends on the altitude of land and mountains or whether you have coastal/tropical/subtropical climate, and not on the distance to the equator.
