For Gulab Jamun Dough
Wheat flour/ Atta- 3 tbsp
Milk Powder- 5 tbsp
Cardamom Powder- 2-3 pinch
Water- 2 tbsp approx or as required
Clarified Butter / Ghee- 1 tsp
Baking Powder- 1/2 tsp
Oil For frying as required
For Sugar Syrup
Sugar- 3/4 cup
Water- 3/4 cup
Cardamom - 3-4 pods
Vinegar/ Lemon Juice- 1/2 tsp
