Desi Ghee - 3tsp(1+1+1)
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1.5cup
Saffron/ kesar - few strands Or Orange food color
Cardamom Essence/ Cardamom Powder - few drops
Fresh Malai - 2tbsp(Homemade)
Fresh Curd - 1tbsp
Milk - 2tbsp
Milk - ½ Cup Approx for kneading
(Boiled & cooled at room temperature)
Baking Soda - ¼ tsp (flat level spoon)
Diamond Mishri - A few
Oil Or Ghee for deep frying.
Recipe Notes:-
1. Sieving of the wheat flour plays an important role.
