Hii First of all thank you so much for your interest. 1, Store bought paneer सख़्त होता है, पनीर निकालना बहुत ही आसान है। या फिर आप shopkeeper se छेना खरीदें, छेना ताजा होता है और सॉफ्ट होता है। 2 . Of course you can use desi ghee for frying, it should be much better and tastier. 3. 2 से 3 tbsp milk add कर सकते हैं।
