Congratulations Mike. Whenever I do work on my Porsche, it all starts with watching how you did it. Thanks for sharing all that knowledge. You're a LEGEND
A classic Porsche restored to such a high level that there are only a handful of professional shops in the world that could meet that standard, much less surpass it. It's to the same level - maybe better - than a Porsche Classic Factory Restoration. Unbelievably well done and to think it was largely accomplished in a home garage is simply amazing. Congratulations.

congratulations on a true milestone! Love to see history back to life and it's great that you are driving and enjoying itt instead of just putting it away as a "trophy". Maybe I'll get to see it at Parade?

Definitely looking forward to more videos of this beauty. Congrats again. The joy on your face and in your voice was nice to see/hear. That must have been some moment.
Not only does it look breathtakingly beautiful but sound like a beast. Just love that sound. Haven't seen all your videos wondering if you change the original camshaft. Congratulations you have a rolling piece of art.

I’ve been along for this journey for quite some time and I’m excited to see it driving! Congratulations on a job well done and the car looks absolutely perfect.
That's fantastic! It's been quite a journey, I guess the key to breaking in the engine properly is to not over rev it, labour it or indeed baby it too much at low revs!

That sounds so nice. I also liked the sound of the wind through that vent at the end. It was a deja vu moment from riding in cars with those vents as a kid. Definitely looking forward to more videos of this beauty. Congrats again. The joy on your face and in your voice was nice to see/hear. That must have been some moment.
Thank quicktastic and thank you for all your dedication and nice comments over the years! More videos come if😉

That's fantastic! It's been quite a journey, I guess the key to breaking in the engine properly is to not over rev it, labour it or indeed baby it too much at low revs!
Thanks Magic
Yes just some moderate driving with a few hot and cold cycles. Will keep you posted on its break in process
Cheers!
Again, very happy for you !
