How to Beat the Ijirok! - Battle Brothers Fight Guide

- In this episode of the Battle Brothers Fight Guide, I fight the Ijirok twice (what can I even describe it as?). Bring STAGGER, polearms, whips, and nimble / additional fur padding for survival. You can do this pretty early on, some speedrunners do it within 30 days lol.

Dog rush. Really mess up the AI when they keep surrounding and biting its ankles. When it gets pinned down by dogs it'll just waste turns teleporting

Bone armour and nets are great in this fight.
Adrenaline and Overwhelm look to be helpful for this fight.
Apparently I play this game like a fucking ape. I understand none of what has happened I have lost 30 times in a row to this thing and there is also the fact that I have a hard time on the easiest difficulty. I like the game but I cannot rap my head around the mechanics, skills, and other builds. I kinda just put all points into stamina, melee/ranged, and defense because I don't know what else to do. Ever video I go into where someone starts off at the beginning is able to tell how they are going to build their company. I start and just start to grind money and when one guy I like dies just load save and try again.
Watching an experienced player play is helpful. SomeWyrdSins has over explained runs for beginners, and I recommend my own two series too (they're challenge runs so you wouldn't play exactly the same but I explain my choices).

My ijirok heals 250HP per turn, more than double I've seen anywhere. I find it hard to deal 250dmg with only three-four brothers that can reach in time without getting tired.
Half the enemies in this game are following a design logic of: "Fuck, we can't design navigation that beats competent players - let's throw in teleportation, or lock them in place instead". It's just lazy. With that bullshit removed, all fights are trivial.
yeah most of the enemies are pretty fun to fight against, but kraken and goblin city just aren’t fun
