How to Beat Necrosavants - Battle Brothers Fight Guide

- In this episode of the Battle Brothers Fight Guide, I take on 8 necrosavants and take like three hits of damage. My patented 3x2 box formations allow me to focus fire on the necrosavants and taunt them much easier.
Last night I got absolutely bent over by ten necrosavants. I woke up this morning, watched this video, followed your tactics exactly, retried the fight, and ruined them taking literally zero damage.

Taunt is a must have on mammoths, no question.

One thing I would like to add is "crosstaunting". On some instances (bottom right) you taunt the ones right next to your taunter. That makes them attack 2 times. You had 2 tanks in range so you can make them waste 1 of their attacks for flying over to the other taunter and vice versa.
With your Super Tanks its not that important. But if you try it with like lvl6 "tank youngs" it can save their live
You're right! I've also found success with shield bashing and then taunting one to remove one attack. Good idea :D

These videos are more about the strategy than the gear. You can win this in 150+ gear if you have dudes with taunt. The necrosavants got one hit on a non-mammoth, so only the mammoths need high gear. Don't be discouraged!
Great video. Again really clever use of skills with the backliners to allow a 2 handed attack and dagger stab for extra punch.
Yep you either polearm and crossbow reload or puncture, and then next turn you puncture/shoot and then polearm again. The hybrids do their little quick hands dance so well.
@@CarveaHole I'm going to politely steal that on my next run through. I've generally used polearm and throwing but your approach seems way more effective.
@@CloningIsTooGoodForSheep Of course! Those guys average like 2.3 kills per battle, counting the leveling ones where they didn't get as many. They work in every battle type too

According to the wiki, Taunt is based on resolve and only works if there is an unobstructed path between the Taunted and the Taunter, so that's why it doesn't always work I guess
That resolve thing seems to look like a passive. Regardless, necrosavants can teleport so the "path" just means an open hex.
Resolve of whom? The guy who is taunting? Or the guy who is being taunted?

They're very deadly until you get taunt and whips. Maces are your key early game.

I dont have the DLCs and cant really find any videos with strats not involving DLC gear 😕.
First, get the dlc :P
Second, the game is mostly the same. Movement tactics are the same in vanilla. My video "Battlefield Positioning" is good for all people, I recommend it even without dlc.
All proud on first playthrough approaching 100 days, decided to explore and encountered these 1st time and got torn apart. Bastards.

just wanna say if you know the youtuber name of Imz Frozen he makes alot of battle brothers videos that man would accomplish feats like defeating noble armies of 40 or like 50 orcs he even made like necrosavants seems easy to deal with lol, sadly he not longer uploads
I've seen his videos. I would be super interested in recreating those but I don't know if I can kite enough enemies together.
