Good information Darren. I always liked OTC Tools. My Dad used them. Purchased my Dads pullers from him when he retired. Yes purchased. I finally wore out one of them. And I do not lone tools out. Been there done that. I would do it for maybe a couple of close friends that know what they're doing. These tools, pullers have gotten very expensive. Have a great day.
No matter what spring compressor you use always wrap a length of safety chain around the spring this keeps the spring from ever becoming a widow maker.... I have an old branick strut compressor and still use the safety chain... Nice otc compressor might get one for when I work on cougars.
