Lowko, UThermal is doing Planetary rush to GM, so you can totally see it at a high level.
uThermal has been making some amazing PR2GM, I guess he revived the trend of Planetary Rushes on the ladder :)
The screenshot made me hope for this to be a commentary on his recent crazy game
When uThermal was asking viewers for ideas for a new series, I suggested Planetary Fortress rush to GM as a joke. And then he did it.
Surely Lowko must be aware of his fellow countryman.
uThermal just had the perhaps the best most entertaining 3 game ladder Planetary to GM rush I've ever seen...It would be amazing to see it cast by a Pro like you Lowko. Id link it but don't want to do that on your channel. It was from (Planetary Rush to GM #7) He doing some Crazy challenges of late.

Absolutely, I can confidently say this game needs to be described as having happened.
Big respect to both players in that second game. doccle cheesed but actually transitioned out of it and didn't get stuck, and Binary held it off and kept chugging. Also appreciate they were respectful to each other at the end and had a little chat, that kind of behavior between lower-league players is nice to see compared to the usual.
Pro-Tip Terran: ALT R is auto repair for scv's. Pick one up in a medivac and it will auto repair any mech units INSIDE the medivac. You will get some amazing salt doing it because most dont realize that scvs can do that.
Only campaign gigachads come to multiplayer with this knowledge, I also would like to be able to have auto repair on by default for multiplayer

@@jkkim6928 Other SCVs. Also, allied probes in a 2v2, lol. Can't think of anything else.
@@i_am_ergo probes are only mechanical and can go in bunkers but drones which are only bio cant? i always thought it was bio only.
@@ZerglingLover You're right! Probes can't go into bunkers. Guess it's only SCV on SCV action.

I just wanna point out that Terran had +1/+2 without getting combat shield.

The chat in the second game was so wholesome.
Nice one! I think it was the missing combat shield that made the storms so much more powerful.
That second game, while still not extremely high level, was actually well done. Both players have to work a little more on their builds and game plan, but aside from that, it was actually a pretty good execution. They expanded, they transitioned, they scouted, they didn't panic on most situations, and they executed their game plan pretty well. Nicely done by ThisBinaryU and doccle!

What's so funny of the second game, is that the Protoss sees the PF and then builds a gateway and pylon nearby the PF as 'offering'.
Lowko: I don't think anybody make planetary ruhs work on high HIGH level.

I sure knew after I killed the Nexus that he must have another base somewhere, so I started macroing because you always say "If you are ahead, get more ahead". Still, I have no clue anymore what I was doing after I started Lair again. Anyway, this game threw me off so hard but at the same time it was such a fun game to play. One of my very favorite games that I have ever played.

Good viewer submitted games are a really good thing indeed. Ultra pro level SC2 is great, but games like this have that surprise factor that is so refreshing! GGWP great video as always!

The gap between diamond 3, and diamond 1/masters 3 is absolutely insane... Aswell as the gap from masters 3 to masters 1

Silly Lowko, unbinding the All Army hotkey won't stop me from simply clicking on All Army button on the screen. It's always possible to unnecessarily send your entire army into a place that a single Zergling could go.
Hey Lowko thanks for the casts as always, there is another GM series you should cast a few games. Mana is playing zealots only to GM but allowing mother ships for mass recall. He over 5k mmr now some wild games, super fun.

Lol that first game. Last time I played ranked I was like low gold, but I've always been a control groups person so as Zerg I generally send single zerglings to each base so I know if the enemy takes it. Doesn't take much effort if you use control groups, just make a single zergling egg and select the one egg then tell it to run to a base. Later when you have time you can split one of them to watch another base.
I just started playing SC2 for real, and already had a pretty fun 40 min PvT (which I promptly proceeded to send you just in case you have a shortage of silver replays to cast).

Lowko, your going into the settings and showing how to unbind the global army select key blew my mind. It's a habit that has been wrecking me, used to be master but I could not break the high diamond. Time to break a bad habit.

Tips for fighting storm, well.. my mind when I see a templar is always asusme energy always assume storm, I sometiems chase and lose more units jsut ot kill that templar... becuase of its threat level...

I will be that guy this time! I am at bottom of diamond like around 3,1-3,3. Both zerg ant toss. And this is just no way! :D Its imposible take two gas at second base without 16 at mineral.
Binary was in an ok spot when it was 9 to 12 workers but he forgot to produce more workers while his opponent did not
I love that a player that just survived because the other player missed a base continues to not think his opponent might have another base.

this guy needs to watch PF rush to Grand Master from uThermal. one mistake he makes here is building a factory with techlab inside the enemy base, in order to get tanks into the enemy base to support the Planetary fortress. Its much faster to build a single medivac and just lift them into the base.

people dont set up hot keys for their armies? but if you dont have different hotkeys for certain unit types, how can you move them and use them properly? like what if you want your ranged units and casters to stay where they are, but you want your melee/tank/fodder units to dive further in and into the enemy back lines? if you dont have different hotkeys of unit groupings, you would just move your ranged units and casters right into their front line to die?
