Liberator won thanks to the opponent making the mistake of stacking their corruptors and losing half their army in 3 seconds because of that. I guess that is the level of a grandmaster.
I like how most of this started with gg's from the victims and the more absurd it gets less gg's I see. the mine cheese was my favourite. It feels like justice for all of the cannon rushing I have experienced as a zerg.
So, regarding SCVs only... back in then Wings of Liberty beta, I ran into a Terran player during my initial ladder placement matches who almost beat me (playing 'toss on a 1v1-sized map) with no military units. This guy flew his command center in and did a Planetary Fortress drop the moment he had the gas for it next to my Nexus. The *only* reason I didn't lose was because I was paranoid about reapers eating my mineral line and had a cannon on either end of it, but I was low on minerals and almost out of Probes when his PF went down. Obviously, this wouldn't work against a *good* player but I never said I was good :P
I loved Beastyqt’s crazy X to Grandmaster videos. But he’s moved onto AOE4. I love that uThermal (and Harstem) are doing these crazy things, because while Beastyqt was extremely entertaining and innovative (sentries only to (almost) Grandmaster??), uThermal is able to execute at even another level above.
@@moozoo82 Thanks for this! I've started watching his series. I was excited to see him because I know that he's a better SC2 player than Beastyqt straight up. However, so far I'm finding that Beastyqt was more creative in his strategies making the series more entertaining. I've only watched the first 6 episodes so far of Mana's, but he appears to trying to play a regular game but with sentries. He doesn't expand nearly enough to to be able to make up for his unit comp handicap. Like Beastyqt going up to 9 base losing 150+ sentries doom dropping them against brood lord + lurker against a M3 Zerg.
@ganonk79 it gets crazier, I assure you, off the charts sentry micro, but beasty did have some style, there's no doubt. Also why i like thermy, there's just things you can do with pro level micro that make it a different game. Cheers!

This is absolutely insane. Awesome job man, your videos are something else.
I like how most of this started with gg's from the victims and the more absurd it gets less gg's I see. the mine cheese was my favourite. It feels like justice for all of the cannon rushing I have experienced as a zerg.
Wow bro, this was an amazing video and an outstanding feat accomplished. Thanks so much for your time and effort for our entertainment
I don't even play SC 2 but this was super entertaining. Watched the whole thing. Well done
Same here, I haven't played SC since 2002 or so, but this was super fun stuff :)
Very innovative session. My favorite is the widow mines challenge. Of course, the reaction from your opponents is so hilarious!!
I loved the banshee game! It was a lot of fun to watch. "Swiss cheese" 😄
Omg uthermy is back online 😍
Thanks uT for all your content! You made my days easier.
Lots of love Marc ! Rooting for you for the next tournament :)
I'm slightly sad you didn't do a only raven game. Can't really complain tho cuz this was an amazing video ❤️
I have to admit, the widow mine game was "chef's kiss". That is by far my favorite one. GGs!
Mana did a super entertaining sentry only series, if you liked the original. Some bonkers games. Great time for SC2 content.
Cheers!
RIP to the OG beastyQT would be nice uthermal recognize he was at least inspired by him
Haven't watched SC2 in ages. This video was great fun to watch! Thank you for the great entertainment!
2:28. For shame!!
Omfg, that was really exciting. It's almost 3 a.m. my place I should be sleeping long time ago but... Really am I gonna go to sleep before seeing how the hell have you dish out a WIN with widow mines only or hellbats? No freaking way! You videos are so entertaining, even for people who are not playing starcraft (like myself, used to play some but never pvp or competitive level). Thanks a lot for that challange.
Yay, he's back!
This is insane. My suggestion for the next series is a custom map with base defense (tower defense) where you defend against other 2-4 players. Should have certain special units for fun
This is a fun idea, I'd love to watch it!
To quote Totalbiscuit "Who the hell proxies a tank?" Haha, love your content!
You keep things fresh and exciting. Reminds me a bit of TB's Clan Wars series. Of course, they used all sorts of crazy SC2 maps instead to mix things up.
Cheers~ Widow Mines were pretty nice!
I really liked this video, but also found it frustrating. You see, I like to put on a 2-hour, mildly interesting video while I play games or cook food, but this was TOO interesting and I just sat and watched the whole thing and got nothing done.
That ghost game was batshit crazy and amazingly entertaining to watch.
You should try a challenge where you can only build 3 max of any unit at any one time.
Dude, ik lach mij elke keer weer helemaal suf met je gekke cheese games!! Je hebt hierdoor weer een extra sub verdient :D keep up the good "dutch cheesy" content !!
i like that it is literally unthinkable in Dutch to say "cheese game" =) Cheese is serious business!
This was amazing! I kinda wished you released it as a series though; the 2 hour video is a little too long for me.
Just check the timestamps and come back later when you need a break.
This video was just a blast to watch. You're great at what you do, Uthermal!
Haven't watched Starcraft for years but this popped up on my feed and it was freaking awesome
36:30 I like how even discussing Banelings is enough to make Thermie pre-split *in his own base*
That was the most entertaining SCII video I've ever seen. Respect!
(I'm still learning English and I wish everyone would speak as clearly as you do. Thank you very much for that :D)
SOLID video quality, subbed n liked for this feature length and quality video.
Haven't even played SC2 too much, but played SC1 a lot back then. But still love watching cool SC2 videos like yours! Keep up the good work!
This is probably one of the most legendary SC2 videos I’ve ever watched lol you are a legend uThermal
very entertaining games! ketroc is rolling over in his grave at your skipping the raven though ;)
I love watching you and TheViper (Age of Empires 2) - you always find ways to make the games so interesting!
Can we take a moment to appreciate how good this guy actually is? Grandmasters are already super good players.
You could follow it up with some two unit combos like your penguin brothers, but just going through the units testing different combinations.
-Would also like to see something similar with other races.
Thank you Marc. Truly, thank you.
I could watch a new video every day for the rest of my life now, because you've put up so many videos. I wish only to meet you one day
What an incredible video, I'm still watching through it match by match, I have to give special praise to the Thors challenge. I've literally never seen a game of Starcraft 2 like that in my life.
