Hi I ordered my new suzuki gsxs 1000 gt in november got it 5 april 2022 I have been riding bikes for over 50 years and have owned dozens of bikes but I can safely say this is the the best bike I have ever owned, It has its faults front brake needs a hard pull to get the best from it. Seat is sore after 100 miles i have the touring screen makes a huge difference 180 miles to a tank but the best part is the engine it is a fantastic pull from any revs just fantastic
His review routine is exceptional because every detail is followed up with close camera work. The video is VG and the sound quality is not muddled talking from his helmet. Most of all, I learn things about the bike the other reviewers leave out. Ride testing on the open road is the proper place for it rather than a ride around the city. He gives an honest opinion in the final analysis.
Just done a 5 day tour of Wales on mine(about 1100 miles total). No issues. Plenty of comfort, seeing as I’ve come from a GSX-R1000R. Plenty enough power and was in B mode the whole week. Was nice not having to come up with yoga positions on the bike this year. 😂
Great Review Mark, i have been a Member of the Bulletproof Suzi Club for 8 years. The Gsx1000 is a Hell of a Package. Why would you ever waste a Ton of money on a BMW with their Reliability and servicing record? This Bike has Winner stamped all over it, already a waiting list.

Fabulous bike, bought one a few weeks ago, the engine has immense power and a great ride. I had the wooden feel on the front brake, changed the pads to sintered for £60 and the brakes are now really sharp. Seat doesn’t work for my boney butt on a longer trip so will be looking to see I can fit as a replacement.
Got one with a touring setup, screen and panniers. I love the balance they found between analogue and the modern age. Brilliant bike, nice positive review. I was torn between this and the SX but the GT just feels a bit more raw. As a VFR fan It would be good to see the likes of Honda come back into this area again, I am glad the sports tourer is still living.
Really great value for money bike 😊 , i m really fan of Japanese brands there is something for customer with every budget range like 11k for inline 4 that's really good for people who really wanna buy first new bike and enjoy the bike for long time
Good review, thanks 👍. Certainly a bike I'm considering. Think the power might be a bit overkill for me though, 100 bhp is probably as much as I need now. Will look forward to seeing further sport tourer and adventure sport reviews from Mark in the future.
Great review mark,I think Suzuki are underated, they do make great bikes and this one is no exception and its alot cheaper than most 1litr bikes,I know where my money would go.
I ride a 2004 BMW K1200RS which is getting a bit heavy for me as I get older. I was looking at the R1200RS in my local dealership & the salesman suggested the Suzuki to me. It had not been on my radar, but at 2/3rds of the BMW price, it got my attention. Thanks for the review, I think I will take one for a test ride now!
Great review Mark. This is one hell of a bike, I test rode one last week and was very impressed with it from that fabulous engine to the secure handling. During my test ride the skies opened but the bike behaved impeccably. On my test ride I had in in mode B as I had a lot of urban traffic to contend before getting out on rural roads. My local Yamaha dealer says its ugly but I like the look, the only thing stopping me getting one is my fear of losing my licence!
Currently have a Speed Triple and a CBR 1000rr, but I have been considering trading one of those in on this. Maybe I am getting a little older, but the thought of having a comfortable sport touring bike with that K5 engine is extremely appealing.
Wow it's like a super Bandit. I had a 2005 Bandit 1200K5 oil/air cooled bought new for the bargain price of 8K Canadian and I thought that was a torque monster. Good on Suzuki for upping the game. And yes I agree with you, the suzuki transmissions have one of the slickest in the industry. Don't like the screen though I like analog dials. But it does seem to keep towards the sport tourer sort of bent. My bike had very similar bars, they were not clip ons. It was a straight bar with just a little bend so you could adjust it depending on your height or riding preference. You could push them forward a bit to get a more sportier riding position or rotate them back to have a more touring profile. Not the greatest, but at least usable within a few inches for rider preference. Once I upped the main jets and pilots up a few points and added a slip on, holy moly, hang on to your hats! LOL. Good on you brother for giving her a go.
G'day Mark from Australia, this bike is the bee's knees l would buy one in a heart beat if l was a younger man, not that l couldn't handle it l just would be unable to pick the bugger up if it went of it's stand, l have a hard fast rule about been able to pick the bike up on you own, another great review, cheers mate, Neil 🤠.
This is one my shortlist, I am torn between Ducati Supersport S, or an older Tuono. Mind you there are the previous generation F floating around now for a great price.
It looks ideal for one up touring for the chap or the chapess that still craves the early naughties super bike performance feel, I’ve watched another review which was over a few hundred miles and the feedback was all good, for me I’m a ST1300 advocate for touring and would take a lot for me to move away from it, don’t think any of the current sport tourer bikes do that. Excellent 👍 review Mark.
Thanks James yes the passenger comfort looks average on this bike ...can't beat bikes like st1300 for touring ...I had an fjr1300 and trophy 1200 once ...so comfortable Best wishes mark
Thanks Mark! Great review! I bought one of these after watching several reviews including yours of course. ( happily your height and inseam measurements match mine so it's a good fit for me)) I added the factory luggage and a Givi topcase and rack which were compatible with the Suzuki pannier mounting kit( no interference whatsoever) I had a gen 2 'Busa prior to this and the GT is lighter, more manageable and comfortable for me and still has plenty of go! Thanks again! Steve in OZ.
Another very positive - and one of the better - reviews for the GT. When they are actually available in the US, it'll be time for a fitting/test ride. Although not exactly apples-to-apples, this and the NT1100 are the two on my list. In your estimation, is the gearing a bit short for touring work on the GT, something a missing tooth might take care of? 5K at 70 seems a bit high for a grunty motor like that. I would think it would get better mpg, as well. Keep it up! Thanks.
Thanks for the comment.....I think the nt1100 makes a bit better tourer the engine is more relaxed...the gsxs is definitely more sports orientated with it's livelier revvy engine...but yes a slightly higher gear would be better for touring cheers mark
adding a tooth would work I think - at 07:57 , 15mph is 2,250 rpm which seems quite "spinny" /not long legged - so raising all the ratios wouldnt make 1st gear too long for slower speeds. Besides its a grunty engine. As you know some bikes have a close ratio gearbox and a very tall first gear -this isnt one of them. State side mile munching definitley requires a more relaxed cruise. If yr happy with the lower powered, heavier Honda NT1100 you could significantly raise the gearing on the Suzuki, accomodate a slower acceleration and still be happy!? The big plus with this one is the quick shifter - which is the best ever by all accounts. Personally I'd have the Kawasaki Z1000 bike. Looks much prettier -lol th-cam.com/video/DgiPACS_t0k/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=MarkPulling
Nice review. I like it although I think it's not as polished as the Kawasaki ZX which has an IIMU, adjustable screen & remote preload adjuster. I'm not personally too bothered about the IMU but I imagine lots of potential customers are. I think Suzuki still need to tweek it a little bit for next year to get it fully on par with the Kwak. On a slightly separate note, is there any chance you might be able to do a little review on the 2022 Katana. I know it's basically the GSXS1000 but I'd still like to see your impressions of it compared to the GSXS which after all is probably it's biggest rival.
I'm very interested in one of these and had a good look at one in my local dealer while getting my SV650 serviced last week, and I'll be getting a demo very soon. One reviewer claimed the brakes were a bit wooden, he didn't like the tyres, or the short gearing. But, many other reviewers haven't even raised those issues? Talking to the mechanic, he said just changing the pads makes a big difference. I just wonder if Suzuki have done just that. The gearing doesn't seem too bad, for what I've seen, and the tyres can be changed later on. Looks like a cracking bike. It was this or the Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX, but this has the better around package in my opinion, and that K5 derived engine is a peach!
Definitely the engine is awesome 👍 The gearing is ok in my opinion maybe a little taller top gear perhaps...and I found the brakes to be strong great bike cheers mark
As always a very nice review. Very through. Great to find a reviewer close to my size a weight. I can see myself enjoying New England on this machine. You can avoid most city riding with little effort.. Do you think this could be ridden without always needing to thrash it? Unless of course you feel need?
This bike was on my short list before I bought my new bike a month ago. Other reviewers were saying that it was a bit high revving in 6th at 70mph compared to the Kawasaki nina1000sx making it less economical. Someone suggested to change the back sprocket to remedy the issue. I test rode the naked version of this one and I was a bit disappointed, the brakes felt woody although being brembo and the mirrors were terribly viby. The bike also has more or less 25 ponies more than my Kawasaki Z900 and it didn't really felt like that. Anyway still a great bike at a very good price, I like this colour as well and the naked looks way better in the metal than on video. Nice one Mark as per normal. 😉
Thanks yes it is a little high revving for a tourer in top gear ...and it dynos about 138 bhp at the rear wheel ...so that's probably why it doesn't feel massively faster than a z900 but great bike all the same :)
At legal Road speeds this bike will do over 50 UK mpg and it is a bit vibey around 70 mph but a 190/55 rear tyre will help with that as too would soft foam grips. My thoughts are it's a great high mile one up sports tourer and I very nearly bought one but a second hand tracer 9 Gt came up at a good price so that's what I got.
Hi Mark great review. I'm not jsut saying this coz I own one but I genuinely believe suzuki copied the z100sx. Very very similar bike without imu. Both great bikes though
Hi mark, I like to start with saying thank you for all your reviews. So hopefully you can give me some advice? I had a Yamaha R6 a few years back and I'm now in a position to buy a bike again. I'm wanting something like an adventure, sports tourer could even be a Supermoto bike. Id like similar power as my R6. Ill be commuting to work and back and out for weekend blasts. I've around £ 6000. So much choice, Please help ha.
Hi Andy. Oh huge choice there lol Well I have a tracer 9 gt but you could get an older one for 6 k Tiger 800 or KTM 790 duke ? Lots of online research for you lol Good luck mark
Great review as always Mark. Whilst many people naturally compare it to the Z1000SX both bikes have issues for me. The Suzuki,s motor stands out in the power department but it seems to rev too much in top gear for my liking making it busy at speed. Add to that a questionable passenger seat and no centre stand, although it's definitely lower in the seat height than the Kawasaki which suits me better. The Tracer 9 GT seems to address all the above apart from being lower in bhp department and it weighs the least I think from memory.
That's your preference, I liked the Kawi for the IMU, remote preload adjuster (although I rarely carry a passenger) but I got the GT because it is so much smoother across the range and that quickshifter.....smooth as silk up or down and the reliability.
I test road one on Saturday the 11th I love the engine and gearbox. I also test rode the z1000sx but I could not get the quick shifter to work although it was turned on the Suzuki was so much smoother. But the only down side is the Suzuki cost almost twice as much to Insure does anyone know why?
This is a new model so insurance companies have no data to go off. They're going to judge it based off the nearest competitor. Your insurer probably mistakenly chose rhe GSX-R1000 as the comparator rather than the Ninja.
The kawasaki has more torque at 1000 less rpm also has more safety stuff cornering abs, IMU, adjustable screen, I like the look of it better than the suzuki, but this is not a bad bike by any means ofcourse
Ninja 1000sx tourer for me over gt, buyers need to be aware of both these bikes fully kitted out with all goodies for touring the base price is good but you will still need deep pockets and yes I did put my money where my mouth is 2022ninja sx
Great review as always Mark. I've had two Ninja 1000s in the past. This looks like a great alternative to that model. I still kind of like the raw look of the GSX-S1000. Would you say this and the GSX-S1000 are essentially the same exact bike except for the TFT dash and screen and fairings?
I’m just coming back into riding after a 10 year lay off and worry if these might be a bit much, although I have had Fireblades, Blackbirds, GS bikes in the past. I recon C Mode might be quite helpful. A quick question, I enjoyed your Vstrom 1050 review. How would you compare those two as an everyday bike with occasional touring. When I say everyday I mean just riding open roads for the sheer joy of riding. I dont commute.
Hi Sean both are great bikes ... I personally would go for the gsx1000GX model .... I like adventure bikes now ... But the vstrom 1000 would be my second choice Cheers mark
I still have My GSXR 1000 K5 it's in New condition 8,300 miles it has lived in the garage it's my baby it's in perfect beautiful condition, I was thinking of getting a new one what do you think?
Hi no I definitely wouldn't bother ...the k5 is the best model ...I had one years ago...you won't really better it if you get a new one Best wishes mark
I have just a funny question.....how's the pillion accommodations on this tourer? Currently my girlfriend is having a booty workout on a Z900.....and I was wondering if upgrading to the GSX or 1000SX would be a good choice or just the same crotch rocket with a afterthought for the pillion.
Hi I would say you wouldn't gain much the passenger seat looks small to me ..but reasonable padding...the only way you'll get decent comfort for a passenger is to get a dedicated tourer really...not just a crotch rocket with add on seat ...I've got a tracer 9 gt and my passengers find it very very comfortable with the top box aswell Cheers mark
Nice deep blue, same as my Triumph Sprint ST1050. This GSX-S1000GT has a slightly melancholic look from the front I think. Would prefer if all the fairing was blue, no black panels, but it is ok. The engine sounds awesome. How does it compare to your Tracer 9 GT Mark?
Hi Alex ..it's obviously got a lot more shove but I'm more than happy with the performance of the tracer ,the tracer 9 engine is a gem ..the gsxs is more comfortable and I actually prefer it's suspension and ride quality. Seems more plush ... amazing bike but won't be giving up my tracer 9 just yet :)
Good review, Mark, but I prefer the standard bike. I don't like screens. Or any kind of fairing. Interesting that this bike has lots of low-down go. I like that. A pair of small panniers on the stock bike, and you could tour.
I notice that the test bike you ride had black wheels and a blue front fender. My GT have blue wheels and a gray painted front fender. I have the GT+ that comes with paniers but it shouldn't be any different from the modells I think.
As always, another great review Mark! I've got a 2018 Vstrom 650 DL and a 2023 Ninja 650 (KTR edition, ABS etc). I've max'd out on available room in the garage. When I saw this GSX S1000GT, I started to wonder if this might make a good compromise btw the two bikes I have. My Vstrom is so forgiving with the mistakes I make and the Ninja is just a fun bike to get on and go. If I did any touring, the Vstrom would be my "only" option. I'm around the same height as you and wondering how you might compare weight/feel etc btw this GSX (lower center of gravity) and something like a Vstrom. Seat height on the Vstrom is taller and the weights are comparable - I think. Is the GSX "forgiving" like the Vstrom? Having the option to do some decent distance/touring is more inviting with the GSX and that inline 4. Just haven't been able to let go of the V-twin. Anyway - this Suzuki has peaked my interest, can't seem to find them here in the U.S. Great analysis and thanks again!
Hi roni yes the gsxs is a fantastic sports tourer... similar if not more comfortable than your ninja 650 ....yes I'd say it great for touring obviously not as upright position as your v Strom but I think you'll love it's power and features Best wishes mark
BIG QUESTION- Is the wind blast OVERLY LOUD, to the point where you would need earplugs? I now have an old FJR1300 that is positively deafening, but all my previous bikes were fine.
@@markpulling12 Thanks dude! My other bike is a gorgeous, vintage Bandit 1200S, carefully modded, with 165K miles on it... this GT could be a replacement, although maybe better to wait for the 2023 model, see what gets improved. Great report, best I've seen on this bike yet.
An amazing bike, but I really think no matter how good it is, coming from a 70s motorcyclist who ridden the best you need to looking at fun and doing a shit load of mpg
Hi I have a tracer 9 gt...the 1000 Suzuki has more power but the tracer 9 engine is epic anyway...the seat on the Suzuki Is more comfortable....but the tracer 9 is much more comfortable for a passenger and comes with all the accessories...panniers etc cruise quick shifter better wind protection so I'm very happy with it
I test rode one on Saturday, I currently have a Versys 1000, I didn't think much of the Suzuki - the engine was peppy but the handling was a bit slow into the bends. I'm not impressed with the build quality or the TFT screen, it all looks cheap. I was also averaging 38mpg, which is shocking in 2022. Personally if I was in the market for this sort of bike, the Ninja 1000 is the better value choice.
@@terrellgarren7125 they're very different propositions, the Suzuki feels much closer to a sports bike and physically much smaller. Personally I prefer the Versys as it's smoother and low speed handling is better but it's weight is higher up so you have to be aware of that. Certainly the Versys is screwed together and better finished than the Suzuki. The Versys feels more grown up. The Suzuki has more shove and the engine is more lively because of the state of tune and the gearing but I've had high powered stuff before and once that novelty has worn off I prefer the more laid back feel of the Versys. The Versys is more comfortable and when I carry a passenger I barely notice they're there.
I just test rode it and personally felt like it turned in just fine. I was shocked at how playful it is compared to my GSX-R1000 despite the GT being heavier. The wide handle bar gives you so much leverage. Bet it turns even quicker with a 55 tire on it.
Great video but I could only watch it in 480p, not sure what your camera was on but I've watched most in a higher resolution. Still great to watch though mate 👍
15 lbs lighter than the Ninja 1000, but no IMU and sorely lacking on other features, and $1k more expensive. This could be a good bike if better bikes didn't exist.
At least in Canada this bike, especially the GTA model, appears to be a figment of the Internet’s imagination. Simply put, they’re advertised, but not available.
With all respect, just saying why on earth need to know upside down suspension and close detail thech specification, why not make things simple , like general look , fuel range ,,,and why I have to go from inch to cm and from gallons to /litres,,,most of us on planet go with km and litrs,,,

Yes I'll see if I can get hold of the katana cheers mark
Definitely the engine is awesome 👍
The gearing is ok in my opinion maybe a little taller top gear perhaps...and I found the brakes to be strong great bike cheers mark
As always a very nice review. Very through. Great to find a reviewer close to my size a weight. I can see myself enjoying New England on this machine. You can avoid most city riding with little effort.. Do you think this could be ridden without always needing to thrash it? Unless of course you feel need?
Oh yes ....it has a huge mid range power ...you could ride all-day at 5/6 k rpm and nothing would get near you ...it's very potent
Best wishes mark
What a lovely machine and a great review.🙂🏍
Many thanks Trevor ☺️
Hi Mark, great review, lovely bike, , well worth the money I would think, but more power than I would need and 45mpg? I prefer 80 mpg lol
Yes David I know what you mean...it's not like the 500 Hondas lol 😆
@@markpulling12 How true Mark - you know me too well lol
Another great review Mark. It's a nice bike but the front makes me think of a sad transformer. 🤔🤣
Hi Andy. Oh huge choice there lol
Well I have a tracer 9 gt but you could get an older one for 6 k
Tiger 800 or KTM 790 duke ?
Lots of online research for you lol
Good luck mark
Looks sounds and performs brilliantly, but I like having a license :)
Great review as ever Mark.
Hi Mark love your reviews keep it up. Question..... Ninja 1000 SX or this?
Tough choice 50/50
But I'd go for the gsx prefer the engine based on k,5 gsxr
Best wishes mark
Another good review Mark. She's not for me, too big and powerful, but enjoyed your review nevertheless.
Thanks Shaun yes she's a beast 😊
Vesps are available
Great review as always Mark. Whilst many people naturally compare it to the Z1000SX both bikes have issues for me. The Suzuki,s motor stands out in the power department but it seems to rev too much in top gear for my liking making it busy at speed. Add to that a questionable passenger seat and no centre stand, although it's definitely lower in the seat height than the Kawasaki which suits me better. The Tracer 9 GT seems to address all the above apart from being lower in bhp department and it weighs the least I think from memory.
Thanks Richard agree with you ...that's why I bought the tracer 9 gt !!!
@@markpulling12
Will you also do a video with your own Tracer Mark?
@@JPWest020 AHH I sold it I needed the money back out of it for other pursuits :)
Not a bad package for the price but the SX provides more options an refinement for slightly more. This is the more sporty of the two though.
Good vis, when I can get another bike should I get the gsx 100gt or the 1000sx
The kawasaki has more torque at 1000 less rpm also has more safety stuff cornering abs, IMU, adjustable screen,
I like the look of it better than the suzuki, but this is not a bad bike by any means ofcourse
Insurance companies know it's got the k5 engine..it's a sports bike motor brother
@@frankmalone8389 interesting
@@frankmalone8389 but my yamaha mt10 has the latest R1 engine with more BHP and is only £278 the gt is £952 and the new Kawasaki z1000sx is only £564
Hi Mark can you test ride the new honda sh 350i thank mate
Ninja 1000sx tourer for me over gt, buyers need to be aware of both these bikes fully kitted out with all goodies for touring the base price is good but you will still need deep pockets and yes I did put my money where my mouth is 2022ninja sx
I prefer that as well better value
How much you payed?
Thanks Chris.... awesome bike the ninja1000
Nice bit of kit. Seriously tempted
Great review as always Mark. I've had two Ninja 1000s in the past. This looks like a great alternative to that model. I still kind of like the raw look of the GSX-S1000. Would you say this and the GSX-S1000 are essentially the same exact bike except for the TFT dash and screen and fairings?
Hi yes I would...the naked gsxs is a great bike:). Cheers mark
But the vstrom 1000 would be my second choice
Cheers mark
I still have My GSXR 1000 K5 it's in New condition 8,300 miles it has lived in the garage it's my baby it's in perfect beautiful condition, I was thinking of getting a new one what do you think?
Hi no I definitely wouldn't bother ...the k5 is the best model ...I had one years ago...you won't really better it if you get a new one
Best wishes mark
I have just a funny question.....how's the pillion accommodations on this tourer?
Currently my girlfriend is having a booty workout on a Z900.....and I was wondering if upgrading to the GSX or 1000SX would be a good choice or just the same crotch rocket with a afterthought for the pillion.
Hi I would say you wouldn't gain much the passenger seat looks small to me ..but reasonable padding...the only way you'll get decent comfort for a passenger is to get a dedicated tourer really...not just a crotch rocket with add on seat ...I've got a tracer 9 gt and my passengers find it very very comfortable with the top box aswell
Cheers mark
How does it compare to the original K5-K6 GSXR you had.
Hi Kevin not quite as powerful or raw. But much better all round and more comfortable cheers mark
@@markpulling12 how about seating position? Tracer is much more upright? Wind management?
@@viktornilsson7867 hi yes much more upright...and bigger adjustable screen. :)
Good review, Mark, but I prefer the standard bike. I don't like screens. Or any kind of fairing. Interesting that this bike has lots of low-down go. I like that. A pair of small panniers on the stock bike, and you could tour.
Do you have a review of the Suzuki SV 650? Thanks.
No sorry I've ridden a few but never got round to reviewing one ...but they are great bikes 👍
Best wishes mark
I notice that the test bike you ride had black wheels and a blue front fender. My GT have blue wheels and a gray painted front fender.
I have the GT+ that comes with paniers but it shouldn't be any different from the modells I think.
Strange might be regional variations where are you? ;)
I bought mine in Norway.
Hi roni yes the gsxs is a fantastic sports tourer... similar if not more comfortable than your ninja 650 ....yes I'd say it great for touring obviously not as upright position as your v Strom but I think you'll love it's power and features
Best wishes mark
Hi Mark! Between this and 2022 V-Strom 1050 XT?
Ooh tough choice as they are both brilliant...one Is adventure one sports touring
I'd go for the gsxs1000 GT !!
Cheers mark
I know it’s a great bike but I just don’t see the value over the ninja 1000 yet I still think the Kawasaki is the better buy.
what do you prefer this GT or the GX varriant
Hi I'm more into upright adv style bikes there days so the gx for me
Best wishes mark
BIG QUESTION- Is the wind blast OVERLY LOUD, to the point where you would need earplugs? I now have an old FJR1300 that is positively deafening, but all my previous bikes were fine.
Hi I found the wind blast totally acceptable cheers mark
@@markpulling12 Thanks dude! My other bike is a gorgeous, vintage Bandit 1200S, carefully modded, with 165K miles on it... this GT could be a replacement, although maybe better to wait for the 2023 model, see what gets improved. Great report, best I've seen on this bike yet.
@@888jackflash many thanks I'd love one but I've got a tracer 9 GT:)
You should always wear earplugs no matter what bike you ride!!
An amazing bike, but I really think no matter how good it is, coming from a 70s motorcyclist who ridden the best you need to looking at fun and doing a shit load of mpg
Hey Mark, How do you compare this with the Tracer 9 GT?
Hi I have a tracer 9 gt...the 1000 Suzuki has more power but the tracer 9 engine is epic anyway...the seat on the Suzuki Is more comfortable....but the tracer 9 is much more comfortable for a passenger and comes with all the accessories...panniers etc cruise quick shifter better wind protection so I'm very happy with it
@@markpulling12 That's what I thought. The Tracer 9 GT has priced itself out of the market
Thanks for the feedback....hmm I was averaging 52 mpg but riding very steady cheers mark
Would enjoy reading your thoughts comparing your Versys to the 1000GT.
Hi Richard it's because it's only just been uploaded...higher quality comes in a few hours cheers mark
@@markpulling12 ah I didn't realize, thanks for the heads up, I'll watch it again later 😀 👍
Great bike but if I was buying I think the Z1000SX would be the one.
why?
Modern day Bandit?
15 lbs lighter than the Ninja 1000, but no IMU and sorely lacking on other features, and $1k more expensive. This could be a good bike if better bikes didn't exist.
Suzuki should have made this bike into a touring bike about 7-8 years ago. They tried to market this as a naked instead.
At least in Canada this bike, especially the GTA model, appears to be a figment of the Internet’s imagination. Simply put, they’re advertised, but not available.
That's a shame Walter bit like the bsa gold star ✨ ??? Haha 😂
I think that putting an hydraulic on a small clutch system like that would be overkill.
Can someone at 5.5 ft ride this beast?
Just about !!
Want one.
Me too ☺️
Thanks for that Mark Love IT|.
Many thanks Robert
With all respect, just saying why on earth need to know upside down suspension and close detail thech specification, why not make things simple , like general look , fuel range ,,,and why I have to go from inch to cm and from gallons to /litres,,,most of us on planet go with km and litrs,,,
Kind of loud bike,
A touring bike without offering a topcase... duno. Yes you can throw a waterproof duffel beg, but it can be stolen.
Sport tourer, and even some tourers don't have a top box as an option. Pretty small complaint.
I never understood why anyone would want a litre bike. Extra weight, loss of maneuverability, is not my cup of tea.
Daaaaayyuuummmm
Yes definitely 😁
No doubt it is a great bike, but man! It is ugly.
