Paiste signature series for me are just perfect. They record phenomenally, especially the crashes that have this cool glassy quality that I haven't seen/heard with other companies.
Must be nice. Thats great youre a company loyalist. And not an endorsment jumper. Youre a real player and a real person. And it really shows. Much respect to Josh Freese.
Love Josh's drumming, he's very inspirational for me. Paiste is my favorite since ever and that comes from someone who pays high amounts of money for it.
If be happy if he joined foo fighters because he absolutely killed it at the tribute concert and he seems like a genuinely good dude and can make some good music with them
I just need to know how one gets an endorsement with DW at age 12! Btw, killer drumming on Hot For Teacher at the Taylor Hawkins tribute. That sucka was pumpin!
Similar story. I was an endorser for another small company but I wasn't happy with the sound. I have decided that I prefer to be a happy Paiste customer.
Paistes are the most music feel driven cymbals. DW snare drums need more dynamics sensitivity as Pasties have... DW are 2 dimensional - loud/quiet marching snare thing. No spectrum of sound, while Paistes is 1 thru' 100 range. DW is not there yet. TAMA is. Not being biased, it took years to know the difference.
Paistes DO sound great, but I'm sorry, I don't think they hold up as well as Zildjian and Sabian, I found they crack faster, but then again, I guess it doesn't matter if your a millionaire,
One of the all-time greats right there.
Josh is amazing. He's been blessed and he uses his talents. One of the greats of our time.

I always loved PAISTE cause even their "cheap" cymbals sound so good.
Come now, the 101s are horrible.
Cough…Foo Fighters…cough
They’d be mad not to give him the gig.
He is THE perfect drummer for the Foos. My two cents.
He ticks every box.
Omg yes!! And now after the concert, it seems they may have been thinking the same!
It’s getting closer. I hope.
The signature series was the "it" Paiste's lineup for me also. Cheers Josh :)
Me TOOOOOOO!!!!!! Nothing compares when 😅😅😅😅
Amazing drummer.
i think his bro is the dude in green day?
Love Josh love his playing and especially now love is authenticity
I really wanna know which cymbals he played on A Perfect Circle's 13th Step
Was he talking about Vinnie? :D
Vinnie came to mind Quickly
& Billy Cobham too.
Possibly, I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure Josh made the switch before Vinnie
I could be wrong though

Same here, I can play whatever cymbal I need to no problem, but I only put my money on Paiste.
@@jamesnikki5 there's something so tasty about 'em that I can't find on other brands, even though they sound great.
Legend
Great words!
The new Foo Fighters drummer ?
You are 100% correct.
Jap!
If be happy if he joined foo fighters because he absolutely killed it at the tribute concert and he seems like a genuinely good dude and can make some good music with them
Well he did.

To be honest if you just lived in California during the 80’s/ 90’s you got a DW endorsement 😂 I think it comes with the state ID’s now
this performance just double is net worth...... even probly triple
unico ❤️

Phenomenal drummer…….maybe a question mark on the hair tint!
😎👍💗🇨🇭🔥🎼🔊)) PAISTE!!!

Hold on, the way he pronounces Paiste is that correct?! I always pronounced it Paste.
He's says it correct. Do you know the correct way to say TAMA ? Lol

nice videos, but too much time between each other!
Zildjian. Ahem ahem
That’s what I was figuring but couldn’t find the answer
Did you here about : Tosco .. ? Rare Cymbals .. Italy
Don't jump companies! It's bad!
Zzzzzzzzzzzz

a millionaire,
It could be the B8 alloy, I don't think it holds up as well as B20, etc... could be wrong though
41 years old and I've just learned I've been mispronouncing Paiste my whole life
Back in the 80’s I went to a store and said I really love these Paste cymbals
