He fits so perfectly into the bath 😍 Scarlett is too big so it’s a struggle. It’s the best when the weather warms up, and we’re able to bathe her with the hose. It’s much more fun for her too. We use that brand of shampoo too.
Ohh man I never thought of that problem 😂 must be extra hard to give her a bath. The hose is a great idea though might try that as well for fun 😊

I use the same brand of wet wipes for my pug! But I use a q-tip instead of my fingers to clean her face folds because she just hated it, and the q-tip is much smaller and less uncomfortable for her. My pug loves her nose butter though, she's always using her paws to get it off so she can eat it lol

Do you have any solution for the smell? Recently my pug is stinking more it’s probably because of the rains I guess
I don’t find Bowser is too stinky but if he does get smelly at all between washes I use waterless scented foam dog shampoo. Hope that helps! Thanks for watching 😊
I see ur pig licks the lather from the water. I am always afraid if mine does it. I am afraid cos mine is still 4 months old and I would like to know if u saw any problems with the lather licking? Or is it the lather from the puppy shampoo? There I think he can lick it without any problems or not?
The gentle puppy shampoo I use doesn’t seem to bother him, I try to not get him to drink the bubbles but he loves it. He’s never had any tummy troubles but I would double check the ingredients of the shampoo you use. I would assume if it’s for dogs it’s non-toxic as they all love to drink the water lol! At the moment I use Mane n Tail. My vet told me that it's good for dogs also and helps with the smell (he was right) but I shower her only because I always think she could lick the bubbles

I’m sorry for the late reply I usually do Bowsers face every 2-3 days. The older they get the easier it is, harder as pups since their face is small like you said. Thanks for the comment :)

One thing all pugs around the world are suffering form their short snout bc they have proplems breathing its sad kinda i have no clue why breeders do this
I obviously don’t condone breeding unhealthy pugs but I can assure you Bowser doesn’t suffer from breathing problems. According to his vet he is a happy and healthy boy. 😊 he came from a responsible breeder and when he got neutered he also got surgery to improve his breathing even more. He doesn’t struggle or suffer.
How often do u bathe pugs? And clean wrinkles ?
I give him a bath every 3 weeks ish! Depending on if he gets muddy or something then I’ll do it more often. As for his folds every pug is different but Bowser I clean the wrinkles every 2-4 days.

I give him either these treats: amzn.to/3BQOtLa (this affiliate link or you can just find them straight on Amazon) or I give him BLUE bits chicken flavour from Petvalu. I buy the Costco brand chicken flavoured food but I know some pugs have sensitivity to chicken but Bowser loves it. 😊 hope that helps.

My dog always tries to drink the water, tips on prevention?
I just use a shampoo I know is safe cause he does drink the water but another method I’ve seen is putting peanut butter on the wall so they will lick that instead. Bowser also sometime plays with a chews on his rubber ducky so toys to distract. Hope that helps!

How often do you have to clean their folds?
I clean Bowser’s folds every 3-5 days unless he gets really dirty in water or mud lol. But every pug is different depending on how deep their folds are. I would start with like 2-3 days and if it’s still clean then you can go longer without cleaning them. Hope that helps. 😊

To bathe them? They only need to be bathed when dirty or once every couple weeks cause their skin can get dry if they get baths too often. Hope that helps :)

I would love to but we also struggle a lot! As of right now I take him to the groomer to get them trimmed and just grind them in between. We are working on it though so if I get to a point where I feel like I could give advice we will make a video. Sorry if that’s disappointing! Good luck with your nail trims. 😊

How often do you clean his wrinkles and nose?
I try to every 3-4 days! When he was a puppy I did them more often every 2 days.
My pug is a year old and he’s getting pimples on his face on both sides of his nose and his mouth what causes this
Lots of things can cause this! One thing I’ve noticed causes bowsers is plastic food bowls
Also I try to wash his chin when I was his folds and it helps as well. Dirty toys and bowls can cause them too in my experience so keeping them clean. Hope this helped. 😊

I used to think mine was just a pain to bathe but it seems like every video of a pug being bathed I see they all do the same thing. Stand on the side of the tub. Pull away when you are trying to wash their legs and paws. Attack the towel when you are trying to dry them. Act like the dryer is a torture device. Hate getting there faces cleaned.
TBH though I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love my little boy. Clinginess and stubbornness included.
