I re built the exact bike (purchased for £60) with sram rival and fitted dura ace carbon c60 wheels....great bike to ride....the one in the video has had some changes to the paint and rear chain stay stripped as the frame is all metallic blue

if I was selling a good condition cannondale r3000 si caad 5 what do you think I could sell it for? I can't find anything like it on the web. all Ultegra components
The frame was fine but there were some scratches on it so I painted it with a different shade. The r2000 has integrated headsets and the weight is 1,280g, and I can't see any other differences between them

How did you do the internal rear brake cable routing?
Back during those years the routing was external.
The frames that Cdale made in the USA were among the best al frames ever made.... sad to see a great US company decline like Cdale.

It's not a drill, it's a power screwdriver with a torque limiter. Great for this type of application.

is there some kind of notch to make the forks and stem lineup or it it like the saddle and seat post where there is no alignment but visual?

totally uneven build, those wheels cost more that the rest of it
the wheels are the most important part. It is still a very good frame. The same alloy is used today.
