It takes courage to analyse your mistakes and admit it in public forum like this. Kudos to Biyani sir and Nikhil for bringing this series 😊
Big fan of Biyani sir 👍
If the future group had managed their debts like biyani sir said, everything would have worked out spectacularly.

"After destruction it is easier to find the fatal flaws"😂😂
Wish Nikhil sir could have finished giving the example. Would have cleared the confusion.

Nikhil sir I salute you from the bottom of my heart for your ultimate honesty in accepting the role of luck in anyone's meteoric rise. I have seen people born with silver spoon got huge business and wealth from parents but still they never acknowledged that they were lucky and say its all about hard work. On the other hand you are 100% self made billionaire but very honestly and modesty accept the role of luck. I really salute you.

It is great to see , such accomplished personalities, with strong heads yet able to give each other space to talk. Lot to learn !!

I would love to have a one-on-one conversation with Kishore Biyani. He has a deep understanding of the Indian consumer and provides invaluable insights. Just watching these videos is extremely informative and eye opening.

    I am Dr Shankar.
Call a bunch of graduating students with diverse Academic grades or GPA to understand their knowledge regarding Financial planning and awareness. The graduating students should represent diverse fields like medical, dental, health sciences, B tech, arts and sciences etc. This gives the PERSPECTIVE of young students who are about to get employed regarding Financial planning and how they can contribute for Indian economy and take care of their Finances as well Mr Kamath. I strongly feel that we need to break out the mindset of young ones to develop a holistic approach towards the young ones in our society.

    Hi Nikhil,
My suggestion is not to interrupt the speaker while he / she is sharing his experience / story…
Clarifying questions can be asked once the sharing is over!
    Thank You !

Mr Biyani was explaining and everybody was making their point. Let him complete, so at the end you see he gave up.

First thing I learned is that I must read Shakespeare. Second, that I can read more of history and psychology. Concept of fatal flaw is useful. Third ..I could understand mr Biyani and mr Nikhil. It tells me that there is lot to learn from both of you. I found these clips really useful. Thank you!

You can build a great founding team only if you know the flaws of every individual in the team. Each individual must complement the other. As characters and skills. It’s the leader’s job to first understand and accept their flaws. Decision-making then becomes simpler. This is how I build a founding team. Every member in the team must clearly articulate their flaws. Also, I don’t want them working on their flaws rather I want them working on their strengths only since another team member will fill into their weakness.

Instead of using the loud beep voice pls mute the objectionable part. When you are deeply listening to such deep conversation, these beeps appear very sharp and break the concentration spell

Nikhil Bhai asks questions and he only answers morethan the responder 😂....
Bhai this is like a cousins meeting in a marriage where everyone what's to talk and everyone what's to answer but the one who asked question also has his version of the answer which he thinks the best 😂
(No hard feelings, just a comment with humour and reality 😉)

‘Researchers’ have empathy and often come with understanding of human psychology.
Unfortunately, today’s entrepreneurs undermine their work and consider the role as an add-on.
Researchers always tell you the flaws but often, founders do not want to listen or accept them, which eventually affect the organisation in long run.

I want Nagarjuna and/or Rajinikanth (both are famous actors), trust me, u will fall in love with them... But to them, if u ask a question or if u want there response, better not to interrupt....
Basically Nikhil Bhai, this is not a podcast but a dinner table debate/discussion (probably the best compared to interviews and podcasts, here you ppl refine ur understandings in contrary to knowing the other person's perspective 😉 )
